The West is a boutique hotel on the seaside in north Tel Aviv. It features luxurious suites with 2 LCD TVs, an outdoor pool, and fitness center with dry and wet saunas.
Score from 158 reviews Good
Cleanliness - there was dust everywhere and hair on the 'clean' towels and stains on the 'fresh' sheets. When we asked to change the sheets the attendant took the duvet and never replaced it. The sheets didn't even fit the bed and came off in the middle of the night. For a suite there was nothing exceptional about the room. The suite definitely didn't look as it was advertised and didn't contain the LCD TVs advertised. We asked to be on a non smoking floor but it reiked of smoke from the moment we stepped off the elevator
* it feels brand new, everything in order, nothing worn * very good breakfast * very helpful staff (breakfast, reception) * try to get room looking West for views
nice front desk staff
BOOKING.COM says it is at 10 kms from the airport. NOT TRUE, it is over 20 kms by car (controled via GPS) !! and in the traffic can be 1 hour!!! Don't take this hotel if you need a close hotel to the airport Dirty carpet, no curtain on the windows close to the shower
Location is quite good and a quiet residential place; with all kinds of commercial outlets near by. Hotel staff is quite responsive and as courteous.
The room is comfortable. Cleanliness may be improved as in the bathroom, the fallen hairs of previous occupant(s) always could be seen. The rooms are without any toiletries and water; while for the tariff; these normally should have been provided. For any who have business in Tel Aviv, the location is a little way out.
Very friendly staff
Parking lot is super tight
BREAKFAST EXCELLENT - ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN - STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
Staff is good.
NO chairs in the room at all.
Good air condition
Possible the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Israel, outside the Old City of Jerusalem. Smelly, old and crumbling, really bad.
All decoration, furniture, and facilities are old (!!!). Breakfast should start at 6.00 AM, as businessmen may start their working-day early.
Very dated; could do with modernising; black mould around the bath taps. Had to be moved 1st night - the window could not close. Electrics erratic. Towels worn & scanty.
this place a renovation, and a spa. and new carpet!
Rimonim Optima is a fair city-hotel. Clean and comfortable. It is not a new-modern hotel, but still very clean and well-functioning. It is OK for a short business stay, not for a vacation. I will come back because of the location and set-up.
The lady on front-desk (reception) was very very far from being kind or polite. Really a person who should not be there.
The price and the very kind and courteous service
the cleanliness wasn't 100%
