Very friendly staff
Parking lot is super tight
BREAKFAST EXCELLENT - ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN - STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
Staff is good.
NO chairs in the room at all.
Good air condition
Possible the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Israel, outside the Old City of Jerusalem. Smelly, old and crumbling, really bad.
All decoration, furniture, and facilities are old (!!!). Breakfast should start at 6.00 AM, as businessmen may start their working-day early.
Very dated; could do with modernising; black mould around the bath taps. Had to be moved 1st night - the window could not close. Electrics erratic. Towels worn & scanty.
this place a renovation, and a spa. and new carpet!
Rimonim Optima is a fair city-hotel. Clean and comfortable. It is not a new-modern hotel, but still very clean and well-functioning. It is OK for a short business stay, not for a vacation. I will come back because of the location and set-up.
The lady on front-desk (reception) was very very far from being kind or polite. Really a person who should not be there.
The price and the very kind and courteous service
the cleanliness wasn't 100%
Rude receptionist, no coffe machine for breakfast, Bad location, do Not stay here!
i love everything of it you all the best good customer service and good breakfast god bless you all and thank you all... the only thing i ll have my wedding in israel i might book of you about 12 double rooms for my guests and familys from england and greece i think its gone be on the beging of juliy love you all and israel
breakfast fabulous straff very helpful
needed some upgrading
staff was friendly
very very bad hotel
The staff went out of its way to be helpful
The hotel was run down. It was not at all like advertised. It needs a complete makeover. The carpeting was threadbare, the halls were dirty. The furniture was worn out. This was not at all like the other Rimonim facilities I stayed out. I would be embarrassed to bring any people to the hotel
The price was good and it was clean.
The parking was difficult to find and access.
