The service was good
Got a dirty room and smelling one and they over charges me booking. Com charge me 90 they charge me 99$$
The people whom worked there were helpful and nice, also the pool was great.
The room just wasn't clean, thankfully the bed was. The room had holes in the wall, the air conditioner leaked water all over my things. There is no bar on premises, you have a good 20-30 minutes walk to get to the location the hotel has a deal with, it's a restaurant "bar". There is no "restaurant" on premises. The walls were paper thin and you can hear everything other people are saying...doing. Also they didn't honor my booking.com discount for frequently using this site.
Comporter have stink and old..... Why there is no wifi in the room, its important
pool can only be used during supervised pool hours - this is ridiculous - can not even be used at own risk. No outdoor seating anywhere. Ceilings are very low and rooms very run down..you can only stay one day max there!
The hotel has its best years ago,
very noisy guests + bed was uncomfortible
Location and the room.
The swimming pool is good, but not so cleaned and whitout ambient music...strange!
Staff very helpful, especially Maria. She made me feel welcomed in many ways because her English was very good.
Noisy with parents leaving their children alone in their rooms. The hallway was not cleaned in the two days I was there. Too much smoking in the room before I came and in the hotel. Had to sleep with the windows opened and door opened while I was in the room.
As hotels in Eilat are very expensive, comparing other hotels for the same price it was ok
some guests loud partying night and staff does not care
Location is the one good thing about that hotel.
Bascially everything except the location, which is actually good. The entrance lobby looks great and clean and prepares you for an experience that the rooms don't live up to. The first room we were given, had no window and the AC didn't work at all (not to mention the empty zigarette packet still in the waste basket) , hence we required to be given a different room. Although that room actually had a small window it felt a bit like a storage room with missing tiles in the bathroom, broken light fittings and a bathroom door that couldn't be opened without force as it got caught at the wash basin. You can tell that the rooms probably looked nice once, but at this point they appear quite run down. You could get fresh omelettes at breakfast, but that was the only nice thing about it. There was little choice otherwise. Also, there were only paper cups, and all coffee was of the instant variety. The floor looked greasy/not properly cleaned, and other guests' leftovers were emptied into the waste food bucket by staff at the tables. We stayed in cheap hotels before, including some joints in India, but by comparison they were better value for money and the staff at least pretended to care.
Cute place, conveniently located with clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff, for the most part.
WiFi didn't get as far as my room. The door made an awful scratching sound on the floor when it was opened or closed.
The staff on the reception was rude and unfriendly.
Compared to the other hotels, the price was decent.
The hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear everybody walking on the hallways as well as all the doors that are opening and closing. You can't rest in this hotel if you are a light sleeper. Also, we booked the hotel for two nights. After the first night, upon our return in the room, we unlocked the door and found somebody else in our room. They had double-booked the room.
We arrived at 5.30AM and they gave us a room. Breakfast was good and above our expectations. Room space was good.
Room bathroom wasn't the best but for 2 days...went ok No phone on rooms (not so important unles u need to call reception
The Hotel location is very close to the Eilat Bus stand. The Reception staff was very much helpful and kind.
The rooms were not very clean and the Bathroom was sinking. The TV didnt work at all.
Everything except personel was good. Personel seemed to be bored and is useless. If I write that I come with 3 years old son It means that they should inform me how much hotel room will cost before coming. I front desk was very helpfull when I asked about day tours ( hotel has commision from every tour ) but when I asked about bus to delfin reef they offer me taxi. Then I found that bus has a stop beside hotel front doors. If I would like to go by taxi I will not ask about it at the front desk.
Very good price/value ratio. Recommended for budget travellers.
The staff was extremely friendly and also the price cann't be beaten. We are budgettravellers so this will do.
Our room had no window (at all! So it was dark all the time and no fresh air). The room did not look in any way like the pictures promised. It's a typical example of a hotel that invested in a nice lobby but has the worst rooms imaginable. There were huge holes in the walls, hidden with a curtain. Oh by the way, you can hear everything of every guest in the hotel, not only your neighbours but you'll hear the whole hallway. At 4 AM we had a wonderful Russian couple to wake us up with their morning gymnastics, sure you'll understand...
Snooty clerk. Insufficiently clear software & billing printouts. Wifi bad news.
Location is key,but this is basicly it!!!!
Everything is frustrating!!unfriendly not eager to help staff, this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever visited and accommodate.horribly dirty bathroom(I assume bath tube was never beeing washed within use of chemicals),dirty bedclothes with dozen hair on it- disgusting.in restaurant dirty cutlery, tables, floors ...as a travel agency employee I strongly DONT recommend this hotel!!! In this case - price is not value of money!!nightmare
This inexpensive small hotel is conveniently located in the center of Eilat, 10 min. walk to the beach.
Good location; free WI-FI at the lobby
acoustics between rooms sucks - there was a women yelling at the next door room and I heard everything
Good location, pleasant room, tasty breakfast, free wifi.
Dirty bathroom and very thin door. You can hear all the sounds from corridor! Low ceiling in corridor in bathroom. The swimming pool was closed although it was warm during the day.
Very good location, only 4 minutes walking from either the airport or the bus station. Local bus stop nearby. Easy walking distance to the centre with bars/restaurants and the beach.
Very unfriendly "control" person in the breakfast room.
