    specious super designed rooms. staff nice synagogue with lovely people.

    friday diner was awful! poor swimming pool, not adjusted for the number of guest children all over the pool

    The staff were amazing, helped us with every little thing we've needed. The service is the best you can get. It's a new, modern hotel, with a wonderful view and excellent food.

    The staff were very attentive. We received an upgraded room (we didn't even ask for it but mentioned we were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary). The room was amazing!! We asked for extra time to depart the hotel and it was no problem which made our stay even more relaxing as we were able to use the swimming pool and it was amazing as well!! Overall very relaxing time. Great hotel.

    The fact that we kept getting lost in the hotel with the lifts. A bit complicated... As soon as we arrived there was an electrical fault with all lifts.. Breakfast was nice but different from what we are used to...not much by way of variety. It was also very expensive for what it was!

    comfort bed, good view, good place near restaurants and mall .

    The service should be much better for the price you pay for the hotel. the pool on the roof does not have any shadowing . we approved late check out but they blocked our key before and we couldnt enter the hotel or the room. service should be better

    The hotel is new and clean; the location is fantastic; the view from my room was wonderful

    The "price / quality" ratio - I expected much more from The Ritz. The breakfast - comparing to a standard breakfast in Israeli hotels I've stayed in I'd estimate its quality a bit below than medium one. The service - it is the most "remarkable". I had the feeling that it's not a 5 stars hotel but a training center for hotel personnel :) There is a lot of enthusiasm but almost no proper procedures / true understanding of customer's needs. Just a few samples: 1) I'd requested an extra bed and it wasn't in the room when we arrived at 1 am. So, I'd asked to bring it at the morning and occasionally got it 20 min later, when we're already going to sleep; 2) One day the room wan't cleaned; 3) The laundry didn't deliver my stuff in time; 4) When I asked for fresh towels, there were three (!) visitors and finally I've got two sets of towels :) Finally I've received the bill with the extra items that do not belong to my expenses.
