National Hotel is in one of Jerusalem's busiest shopping districts, a 5 minute drive from Herod's Gate, an entrance into Jerusalem's Old City. Parking and Wi-Fi are both free.
Score from 714 reviews Very good
In the center of Jerusalem, just a 5-minute walk from the Mahane Yehuda Market, the newly-opened Agripas Hotel has spacious rooms with hardwood floors and city views.
Score from 741 reviews Good
The St. Thomas Home is next to the Garden Tomb, said to be the site of the resurrection of Jesus. Rooms feature free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The Old City is a 5-minute walk away. St.

This hotel is in central Zion Square, a 15-minute walk from the Old City and a few steps from the market and the Nahalat Shivah pedestrian promenade. Wi-Fi access is free in public areas.

Very godo location, 5 minutes walk from the old center. Very comfortable rooms and very clean.
Wifi Washington not working so well all the time.
It was in a dangerous area.
No good restaurant in immediate vicinity.
The location was very good just a few minutes walk from the Old City.
The room was very noisy. A combination of street noise, cleaners outside the door in the mornings and people going in and out of the elevators. Room and facilities wise it is the equivalent of a two or maximum three star hotel in the UK.
An excellent hotel with the most helpful of staff. Breakfast superb.
Very good service! Good breakfast. Clean and quite. 3 min walking to Old town
Wifi in the room was not good enough
Quite and comfortable room, unintrusive staff. Kids have specially liked the hot chocolate offed to them at breakfast.
WiFi in the room didn't work most of the time, although we didn't complain - the connection at the lobby was good enough.
It was a pleasure to spend some days in Ritz Hotel. Personnel is very polite. Location is very good 5 minutes from the Old City. Everything is match to 4 stars.
There was a problem with Wi-fi.
Fruit basket was delivered after chech-in; it is a nice idea for guests of the hotel, but the basket should have been in the room. They woke us up, and disturbed our afternoon nap.
Incompetent receptionists. We asked for directions and how to go to the Dead Sea, by bus, but we were told that the reception does not have internet and cannot connect to bus terminal information.
The staff and service is truly excellent!! Everyone were more than helpfull and nice. Hotel location is really great, less than 10 min walk from the old city. Very nice breakfast, wifi working without any problem (we had phone conferences). I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Location, ambiance ,breakfast, room and bed
wi fi and stuff
Some staff are always with smiles.
Some staff were not nice to us while we checked out. The staff even didn't want to give us another city map. There were plenty in the front desk.
Failure to receive map upon check-in. We got lost immediately after leaving hotel with only verbal instructyions
It's not "the Ritz" (as in the Ritz Carlton), but they treat you as well as if it were. The employees are extremely kind, friendly, welcoming and they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. There might be some "quirks" (like the quality of the towels), but the place is impeccably clean, which was very important to me.
Good location, ten minute walk to the city walls. Nice roof top terrace.
Value for money. Ideal for the business traveller not needing all the bells and whistles.
Very limited TV channels, mainly news, would have liked more sport and/or entertainment channels.
The value for your money was good. In good location. 10 mins walk to Masjid-ul-Aqsa at a brisk pace. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Internet went down in the evenings but once you advised the front desk they reset the router and it was working again. Seems no one is monitoring it so the guest has to let them know.
The Hotel is located on the Arab part of Jerusalem, very near to Damascus Gate (Jerusalem). The room is very good accommodation and cleanness is great. As other says, the manager Jamal is a very nice guy that tries to do his best for the guests to have a pleasure stay.
There is no door to close the shower and every time you take shower inevitably you make a part of the bathroom wet.
Location, close to Damascus Gate, perfect to visit the Old City. Good breakfast with lots of options. Kind staff (especial mention to Yasser at the dinning room). Good value for money (given prices of hotels in Jerusalem)
This hotel has an excellent location and very friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable mid-table European or American standard. The food was good, but you can get much more exciting meals by eating out.
The hotel has a lot of tour group business. This is good for them, but occasionally the groups left early making quite a lot of noise as they did so. This was often followed by cleaners making up the rooms from about 7:30 AM (if not earlier!). Not good news for late sleepers... but it did mean that we got out and enjoyed the city more.
Everything! This place is an absolute gem! The area is fantastic. A central location (5-10 minute walk to Damascus Gate) with lots of restaurants, shops and things to do. The hotel is quaint and the staff are amazing. So kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The price is really good value. The breakfast is really nice too, and the lovely staff make you feel happy to stay here. I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. The terrace on the roof is a great addition and they have a bar close to the lobby and restaurant.
I liked everything!
Great location near the Old City. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausages with mushrooms and onions, yogurt, bread, cheese, cereal, and pastries. Staff genuinely interested in how we were doing.
Cleaning staff knocking on our door before 8 one day and remodeling starting before 8 the next. Limited dining options in the area.
Staff very helpful, breakfast was excellent choices and range of food.
Everything about them, their professionalism, demeanor, breakfast, attitude. Front desk and other staff all were very friendly and helpful - Great folks would love to go back and stay with them again.
