Go for a couple of days it worth, the personal is really kind and careful, they change sheets and towels everyday

The buffet for breakfast didn't have a lot of choices, but still good enough.

I regret to report that this Hotel was completely unsatisfactory. It was dirty and uncomfortable and the area seemed unsafe to me. I only stayed 1 night and then I found another Hotel. As I understand the Management charged my card for the full 3 nights of my stay even though I complained about the conditions and advised I was checking out. To sum up this visit, the person at the Receiption Desk refused to agree with the fact that the Hotel is dirty and while he was disagreeing with me he was openly squashing a cockroach against the wall with his foot. I use the Booking.com web site frequently and this is the first time a Hotel on your site has been unsuitable. In my opinion, it does no credit to Booking.com to list this Hotel.

Good location, near the Herod's Gate. Helpful, English speaking staff. Tasty breakfast. Large room.

The bathroom is too small.

Firstly the staff are amazing, they will help you get the best deals in terms of visits and travelling to different cities. The location is spot on, opposite herod's gate and in the centre of the arab quarter. The breakfast was served everyday, which was beautiful. The rooms were very clean with room service everyday. The walk to masjidul aqsa will take about 11-12 minutes and its a pleasurable walk to the palestinian homes and people. On the way back it may take longer as it you will be walking back uphill and up the stairs. The value for money was fantastic, I dont think I ever need to look at a hotel again for jerusalem. I think I will most definitely stay at rivoli hotel every time inshaa allah

2 minutes walk from the Old City - Herods Gate. 15 min walk from the bar district. Police station directly opposite so you feel safe. Clean rooms, no frills. Decent breakfast - hummus, eggs, chicken salami

It is ok to smoke in the corridor and in the common room. The staff airs the corridors every day but still not very comfortable when someone smokes just at your door... Damaskus and flower gates are not the best places to start aquintance with the old city. And the location is not so good. On one hand you have the old city just in front of you. On the other the streets around the hotel seem suburban. No nice cozy places to eat in the evening and have some wine, only falafel shawarma fast-food.

I found the staff member were hospital and friendly, they all were very helpful.

There were problem at the beginning because tehy didn't receive the booking.com reservation, but then they managed. The room was old

Courteous staff. The location in the center of town. All the important places in walking distance. Tram stop nearby. Very clean.

Meager breakfast. Location in the Muslim quarter. I was not particularly bothered. I was with my dad. But you have to understand what it means to be in Muslim quarter.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff provided ample towels and toiletries. Also, the breakfast was generous with cereal, pita, veggies, cheese, hummus, and yogurt.

The position is great and the owner it's been really nice. The rooms are basically ok, pretty clean and with warm water. We had also tv in the room but slow wifi.

Some rooms have a cemetery as panorama and in the night was really cold even if the hitting was on. The breakfast was only acceptable.

The reception is not open during night so sometimes you need to wake the owner up - newertheless he is really nice and does not mind...

was mid winter; no heaters were in the room. rooms had no hot water, the hot water was turned on twice a day, between 6-9 in the morning and the evening. and even then you are not garanteed of hot water.

the most important thing is the service and the feeling of security . it is situated in the city jerusalem - not far from the old city and closed to the police department of the city . its situated not far from the market but you cant feel the rush out of the hotel . the rooms are convenient with three single beds each . the bathrooms are in good situation . their was no air condition in the rooms but a you know at october no need to air condition in jerusalem so it was not a problem .

Street oiutside very noisy most of the night. there was a reading lamp - but no power point. Breakfast of salad, cornflakes, no toast. Orange cordial not fruit juice. Bathroom very small. One star, not three star as advertised
