The level of cleanliness in the room and the bath. Some of the room ammenities were falling apart.
Very dated and in dire need of a massive refurb. Hotel Bar like something out of Stanley Kubricks "Shining" and no drinks after 11:00 pm

not a free wifi
The WiFi in the rooms wasn't free contrary to what is advertised. They charged me (a lot)more then the .agreed price
The staff is very unpolite. The cleaness is terrible. I (strongly) dont recommend this hotel for anyone
Very clean, well furnished rooms, very friendly, courteous and helpful restaurant staff Great variety of food in the restaurant rooms equipped with tea making, safe, toiletries mains adaptor available free from reception Less than 5 mins walk to cheap public transport Free car park
Wrong name - booking.com have called this "The Royal Jerusalem ". This is not its name. It is "The Royal wing of the Ramada Hotel". Because of this error, it took us 2 hours to find the hotel. While the quality of the restaurant staff was excellent all the time, there was great variation in the reception staff-some were very helpful and pleasant, some were not Noisy guests in room next to me meant lots of calls to security to sort noise out- this really ruined the holiday Misinformation about Wi-Fi: not free as stated on booking.com
The hotel, first of all, isn't called royal jerusalem and no taxis have ever heard of it. They go by ramada royal wing, but they can't explain the name changes. Staff are rude and apathetic, the rooms are old and look like a Ramada from the 1970s, and the facilities make homeless shelters look good. Only book this if its the last option (as we did) or try your luck and sleep on a park, I'm sure it's more comfortable
A nice quiet place with all the facilities just next door.
old need to be renovated
Room was clean & comfi. Good breakfast. The meaty resturant in the lobby served good food.
They moved us to the Ramada. Room was decent and clean and modern.reasonable selection of TV channels.
Hotel showing its age, carpets worn and stained, old decor. Needed room only for day until midnight as our flight was leaving at a strange hour. They agreed to allow us to book in at 11 am but when we got there they said no, come back at 2 which defeated the entire purpose of us booking in to a hotel for a few hours to rest and store bags. After I put up a fuss they then suddenly found a room but they weren't overly accommodating. We had loads of bags and parcels yet were not offered a porter or any kind of help at all. The parking is quite limited at the hotel too. an average experience but sufficient for our needs which were limited.
The staff was very helpful.
