beds view service friendliness politeness attentive to improving our problems
got a much smaller room pay in full at arrival despite a credit card garantee
The hotel said we may be able to have a discount next time we booked as we lost our time there due to the Ezy jet having to cancel the flights due to the war
Neither Bookings.com nor the hotel were able to give us any money back despite the fact it was out of our control that the war broke out after we had booked. Feel very disappointed.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Royalty Suites. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommending this place.
Location is perfect.
It's noisy and bit hard to locate at the first time. Some staff are pretty rude.
Great staff nice cool room
Open sea view with not much privacy
Loved the room with the round bed and the jacuzzi. Even better was the terrace where you could sit and have a drink and watch the sun go down over the marina. Staff and manager were extremely accomadating and helpful. Coffee and Danishes were nice touch. Will stay again for sure. Also. Price was great considering location.
Hard to find and looks like you're going into a crack house. Once inside, you would never know the state of the outside. Also, you can come and go from the beach side so no need to enter through front after first time. Not a reason not to stay.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The shower was great. The day staff was nice and helpful. The night staff were not friendly nor helpful.
The exterior of the hotel was funky. It seemed like a motel. The pictures are misleading because you have an unflattering view of the harbor which blocked the view of the sea. There is not a private patio. People can walk right past your big window. There is no inviting space to hang out besides the room.
The staff was so helpful, we had problems with our travel plans, they were very accommodating, they really went out of their way to help us out. The location was amazing, overlooking the beach, close to great restaurants. It was very clean, and perfect for my family of 5.
There was nothing we didn't like
Just seemed tired and sofa bed was hard to open
Location on beach, by outdoor pool and tel aviv harbor great. Staff very helpful esp day staff and Beni. Rooms big. Beds comfortable. Yes the entrance is a bit strange but not a big deal for us....take rooms with sea view...other rooms have only small window with no view
Not staff not quite as helpful but okay. Bring more soap and stuff when clean rooms...otherwise good
This is a review for the apartment on Herbert Samuel 32. Excellent location, very welcoming and helpful staff, plenty of space! Highly recommendable!
The hotel manager and his team of friendly staff could not have done more to make our holiday an enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel is 2 minutes from the beach which is brilliant although the area around the hotel feels rather shabby and in need of renovation. The room was a reasonable size for a family of five, well equipped and cleaned thoroughly every day. We would definitely return!
The location was very nice, lovely view.
It was very difficult to find the hotel. The rooms were not ready when we arrived late in the afternoon. the staff not very friendly and showed little interest in helping out.
The staff stored my luggage upon request and let me take a water and pay the 15 sheckels later when they could not make change for a 100 sheckel note. There is a nice patio outside the office.
Do not stay here! The location was ridiculous. Impossible to find--truly. It is located in an underpass, with inadequate signage, and even Booking.com's GPS service just has you walk around in circles rather than explaining that the hotel is on a level in the middle of the underpass -- neither at street level, nor on top of the underpass where a number of other businesses (a convenience store, a surf shop, and a strip club) are located. Because it is located in an underpass, you hear very loud traffic sounds all hours of the day and night. It is difficult to sleep and there is no view. Although there are "windows," they face only onto the underpass and are thus made of clouded glass so passers by can't see into your room. It is like sleeping in a closet. There was urine smell within 20 meters of the door to my room. The photos on the Booking.com website look nothing like the room I stayed in and I'd go so far as to say they are false advertising. There is hot water for the shower, but only if you know to turn on the water heater -- the switch is unmarked and located in the kitchen! On my first day, the cleaning staff didn't come by till after 6 pm, and they had not cleaned properly from the prior guest--there were areas in both the kitchen and bathroom sinks that had clearly not been sponged down from a prior guest. I assume that the rooms shown in the photos do exist, but unless you can verify ahead of time that you have an ocean facing room, this hotel is not worth the "savings."
delightful hotel and best staff! thank you for making our stay so pleasant
Location, staff, wifi ..
Entrance from street
It is right by the Sea, great view. Big room, next to everything. Great place to summer
The entrance is terriable, on the second level above the parking area, no lift, we have to carry the luggage by stairs. And there is no exhaust fan in the toliet!!!!
Very close to the beach, very clean
Studio with Spa Bath has no view! The window goes to the parking lodge..., the wi-fi did not work, staff is bored, sitting with earphones at the desk and likes to argue. It is a mess to get into the hotel, as it is based in a parking lodge... and the room smells strange, as it has no possibility to get fresh air insight. sorry. never again.
There were no kitchen, only a water kettle
Nice and tidy little place with frienly staff and good location.
Smell in the room - stuffy and as if someone had been smoking.
located close to the beach
no day light in the room, small room, dirty pillow
The room itself was clean, spacious and quite beautiful. We had a Superior Studio with a hot tub and sea view and the hot tub was very, very comfortable. The sea view was a pair of large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that opened onto a patio facing the seaside marina. This patio has a table and chairs outside and is part of a lightly-trafficked public walkway. Just know that it's not a private patio but sound really wasn't an issue from the outside.
The entrance to the hotel is a little difficult to find. the Google Map location is more or less correct but you have to enter the hotel from inside the parking facility that is below street level. The entrance and common areas were pretty off-putting (sight, smell and cleanliness) but luckily the room itself was the complete opposite. The only room issue was the sound. Ours was right next to the lobby and at night we could here people talking if there were using anything above a normal speaking voice.
Great location, helpful staff when checking in, very clean and comfortable
The most friendliest and helpful staff we ever met. We have travelled to many countries and stayed for almost 100 hotels but the staff of this hotel was the BEST!
The WIFI did not function for one night.
Location is beautiful.
There was an awful smell in my room. Staff said that they couldn't do anything.
