nice welcome off an old bloke, the other girl we dealt with could do with putting a smile on her face.
close to town, just a short stroll along the beach front.comfy room
Room was dark, no daylight, basement hole, smell unpleasent, old and damp.
Location was supreme, close to beach and city center
If you approach hotel by car, difficult to find.
Close to beach.
Very good location
The external is a bit worn out The fences on the terrace between the common passage and the room balcony "road work" style
The vicinity to the sea and the beach The bed The bathtub
Very helpful staff, relaxed with good spirit.
More or less directly at the beach promenade (however, the entrance on the back is in a tunnel and it doesn't look really nice). Wireless worked perfectly.
The only thing that we did not like was loudy party to early mornings hours in next room.
The place was clean and comfortable, location good
Unconfortable bed, unfriendly personel
Place of the hotel
A bit difficult to find
Good location, on the beach, green bicycles close by. Only choose rooms facing the see: the others are facing a VERY noisy underground street. Those facing the see are very quiet.
wifi was unstableat times
the trip was fine nice place and warm welcome from the staff
– it may not look like what you see in photos, or what its name suggests. This is the hardest review I have ever done for a number of reasons: its location, although in front of the sea in a very good and safe neighborhood (just beside the Marina and Carlton hotels) is in the underground of a promenade (in front of sderot Ben Gurion) which has been completely abandoned by the town hall and may cause a very bad impression for those arriving late in the afternoon or at night. In fact is almost impossible to get it by car just following GPS or waze IF you do not call someone at the desk to give you instructions. (see detailed instructions below IF you go by car). In fact, it looks more a hostel than a hotel, because in the lonely floor there is only 15 rooms, each one different from the other, nobody to the help with the luggage (and you have to GO 1 staircase up IF you go by car, or down IF you go by foot). Some rooms have a compact kitchen (microwave, sink and small refrigerator) and you can get coffee and tea at the main desk). The real problem with the rooms is the same of cruise cabins: half is located at one side of the corridor and have beach view. These are spacious enough (most of them offers a balcony and opened bathroom), air freshed, bright and colourful - most of the pictures in hotel booking sites depict them. BUT the other side is a completely different story: they have a very tiny window closed by safety bars, whose view takes to an underground sidewalk and parking entrance – you feel like you are in jail. Their bathrooms are small and have no external ventilation. Well, IF you come expecting the picture rooms you will get VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. To be completely honest, the room was clean – the cleanest we saw in our trip, cleaner than the room we got at Hilton – , facilities were new and working properly and the room, although not very big, could accommodate the Five of us.
There was a funky smell at the room entrance, also I'm not shure if it was the cleaning smell. Few towels had spots but there was enough others. The balcony opens is not direct to the sea.
Close to the beach, I have the ocean view. Generally clean, big room. Value for money. I know the city, so I had no problem with the entrance but yes the city view should be not that good.
Excellent location, near to the marina and to nightlife.
Be aware if you booked a room with City View it means nothing but highway next to your window.
Great value for Tel Aviv. Hotel is right on the beach and close walking distance to Jaffa Port. Facilities are clean, comfortable and safe. Was hesitant about booking here after reading some reviews, but I am glad we did.
Construction on the boardwalk, which was directly above the room, began promptly at 7am and allowed for no sleep. We're talking jackhammers and sledgehammers here. There was no warning about the construction, and we definitely wouldn't have stayed here had we known this to be the case
The noise of construction right next door at 7:00 am
Worn out building, view from the window (no view at all). For the price you pay, it`s ok.
The location, staff, WiFi, free coffee.
The staff was rude, I asked for an ibuprofen for a headache and the lady was absolutly rude... It was not wifi at the room when we arrived, although they fixed the problem... The entrance is not too nice
Location, comfortable room, 20m to the beach
Located on the ground floor.
Wi-Fi in room very very bad! Almost nothing. We reported to hotel staf, and they were promised to solve that problem but nothing was fixed. Same time wi fi in lobby was perfect.
Room with sea-view is perfect! Jacuzzi in room. If you are going to book thet hotel, book room with sea-view.
tks for upgrade my room to sea view, sharing same view as the hotel just above. though a. little scary for the way to entrences since it's like a interlayer between 2 floors, but when get inside, everything gets fine. room is big and clean, hv s kitchen for heating sth, water is hot, wifi is ok.share same sea view as the hotel above, but much cheaper.
