Location. Room, but to small

Cleaning and a "not nice girl" working night shift

Location was good. Very convenient for beaches and the promenade and the closest shops are only a short walk away. Great Beach bars in close proximity. Smal kitchenette allows you to ge budget conscious and prepare your own breakfasts and lunches.

A little difficult to find. Area outside hotel a little run down and dark at night. Rooms on the rear side of the hotel have very little natural light.

Very friendly and attentive staff, made my stay quite enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and the location is top, close to the beach and near the shops. I had a large renovated suite with a lovely view of the Marina and it was very quiet, with free WiFi (something I didn't get when I had to move for a conference to the Hilton that charged for everything.)

Location is perfect, nice restaurants at walking distance. Had a room with see view, beautiful. Free internet, very clean rooms. Personnel was very helpful and friendly.

The entrance of the hotel is a bit hidden, but even at night I felt save there.

The Staff were terrific. They could not do enough to help you throughout the stay. They arranged day trips, at your request and went out of their way to ensure that you had a memorable stay. The room we stayed in was room 13 and it was everything we could have hoped for. A wonderful sea view, jacuzzi bath, excellent comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in your room, and also at the reception area, plus a microwave and refrigerator in your room, in fact, everything you need !. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The balcony was superb, and a wonderful area to relax and enjoy your self made breakfast. The Royal t is within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants, just ask the friendly reception staff. They really made our stay in Israel memorable and we would definitely come back !

Really no negatives, a few others have mentioned that the entrance to the Suites is a bit confusing. However, the confirmation you receive tells you that the hotel is located above the main entrance to the Marina Hotel, so use this as your point of entry !!!!!, could not be easier.

The price charged for this accommodation is reasonable, taking into account the inflated high prices hotels do charge this year in Tel Aviv. Nearby hotels are 150% dearer on average. We found staff helpful and friendly.

Great location, friendly staff and reasonable (for Tel Aviv) price. Overall experience was really good, the room was nice but there were some negative sides.

The room had no windows so you never know if the sun is already there; pretty noisy un the evening; and (the worst part for me) really cold tiled floor — you cannot walk in your room without shoes.

had I not read the reviews before arriving, it would have been hard to locate

The room wasnt clean,the location was awful,it didnt have windows to open,the site was saying that the parking costs 13 usd but it costed much more and when i mentioned this they told me that it costs more because i moved the car during the day.only if i leave the car in the parking all day then it costs 13 usd.so why did i rent a car if i would leave the car into the parking????? When i was trying to find the hotel( they only have a very very small sign that nobody could see it) i called them to.give me directions.they told me to go to marina hotel which is next to t suits and that they would send someone to pick us.I am still waiting for him......

The location is excellent, near the beach, 10 minutes by car from the railway station, 10 minutes by feet from the port. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. A common terrace facing marina and the beach is available for all the guests. The description is a little bit misinforming: it is not "near Marina hotel", it's just in the same building, upstairs from the Marina entry.

Comfortable suit, with all necessary facilities. Very good WiFi internet - it was accessible in the room, and was comparatively fast.

The window opens into a technical area above the road and under the promenade floor - there is no daylight access into the room. Some problems with ventillation.

Personal staff during the night. The girl who received me was too much rude and bad prepared to this functioin. The rooms of backside are positioned in front of a tunnel (!!!).

When one comes out from the room to the terrace with the sea view, it turns out the the terrace is shared by all the rooms so there is no feeling of privacy, more than that one can hardly imagine staying in the room in the evening with the door opened to the terrace as it would feel unsafe because other tenants actually have unhindered access to the same terrace = the door from your room. The entrance to the hotel is located in some sort of busy roundabout with passageways which do not look clean and safe at all. The room itself is quite small. When we came in, the it was rather stuffy there.

The room we got was not what we expected when we checked in. We were travelling as two married couples expecting a two bedroom suite, when we arrived our room had 1 double bed, and two single beds side by side. The bath / shower was excellent except for it was in the same room as the beds, so if you wanted any privacy while bathing, the other guests had to leave the room. There are no pictures of our room on the web site (this is how we selected our room), so I would say the website is grossly exagerating what we were getting. We complained to the management that the room was not what we had expected when it was booked, they offered us an additional room for one night (at an additional $150.00 / night). This room was only available for one night however so our remaining stay time was in the one room (meaning three bed / bath in one room). We do not consider ourselves "Swingers", perhaps that is what they were trying to make us into.

The room was gorgeous, the staff were great. They provided towels for the beach, clean towels every day. The kitchenette was great and handy :) Would definitely go again!

Well-appointed (close to sea but also to main shopping streets in Tel- Aviv) and good facilities, in particular very fast free wi-fi internet in room. The seaview studio we stayed in was excellent; comfortable and clean, regularly serviced with minimum disruption, balcony with a great view. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and direct email communications regarding bookings and facilities were most satisfactory.

Finding the entrance was not easy; more signposting needed, and clearer directions prior to arrival would have been useful.

Great location! Just make sure you stay on the sea side facing rooms otherwise the rooms get too dark.

Great staff! Except for one front desk lady, who usually works the night shift..extremely unfriendly. Ruined our trip experience a little bit.

Mix up with booking didn't get us off to a great start and the room was much smaller than we had imagined with the tiniest bathroom we've ever seen!
