Close to airport
Surrounding area has limitations
The hotel was clean, we were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good.
My husband and I were departing on different flights at different times the morning after our stay. We had chosen to stay at this hotel speciflcally because of its proximity to the airport and because it offered a 'free shuttle' to the airport, on the hour and the half hour 24 hours/day. As it turned out, the hotel is actually not so close to the airport and only when we checked in did we learn that the 'free shuttle' was actually a taxi that the hotel called and paid for (no problem so far) -- but they would pay for only one transfer per room. The hotel clerk said we should take it up with Booking, com (where we'd booked the hotel) which said 'free shuttle' but hadn't said anything about only one transfer for each room. We asked the clerk to talk to the manager but he wouldn't budge on this either. The cost of a taxi trip from the hotel to the airport was 140 shekels ((over US$ 40) which my husband therefore had to pay. This was not what we'd expected and we were disappointed in the way the hotel handled our situation.
The room was clean and well lit. The hotel was conveniently located near Ben Gurion airport.
The twin bed was very narrow. The breakfast buffet was comparatively limited in scope. The shower had no rubber mat and the tub floor was dangerously slippery! No wash cloths!
The cleanliness, the Wi-Fi, the variety of items for breakfast.
The staff's inability to effectively communicate in English, a power outage that left guests with no air conditioning in a heat wave, a late shuttle to the airport.
Happy hour on arrival was a pleasant bonus after a long day sight seeing inTel Aviv!
the way the staff went that extra mile
The hotel was very clean, staff really pleasant and the breakfast was super. A really lovely boutique hotel.
Clean, well equipped room. Nice, diversified breakfast. Close to Tel Aviv Airport.
proximity to airport, cleanliness
very strong perfumey odor in the public areas
Closest hotel to airport.
Still not very close. Drive to airport and especially to car rental return confusing and poorly signed. Allow extra time.
I like the hotel because it is close to Ben Gurion. I often arrive late afternoon, and have to go back to the airport early the next morning to meet people. Happy hour as well as breakfast were excellent. The idea of having cab fare paid back to the airport makes it even more appealing.
There is nothing not to like. Do not go there if you are looking for site seeing, but if you want a good night's sleep to be ready for the next day...this is your place.
Location to tennis tournament
Being non Jewish not having any cooked meal , coffee or transport . No facility offered . No automatic charging mechanism to the room but having to use the front desk for this . No direct access to hire car . Same price charged for significantly less service on the Sabbath and Passover . Poor attitude of staff
Beautifully decorated rooms with a luxurious feel. Spotlessly clean. Efficient complimentary transport to airport in the early hours of the morning. Perfect stay for our needs.
Very good quiet location if the goal is the airport early morning next day. High-tech comfortable room. Manager's reception was fine light dinner.
Parking requires handling tickets + validation but parking personnel makes good decisions when needed.
Happy hour was a good idea. Breakfast was excellent. Free taxi to airport.
Not easy to find.
The view from the 19th floor was great...filmed a morning sunrise. Gorgeous! A great assortment of healthy food and array of salads and pastries. Would definitely stay again!
I didn't like the "hand towels" for bathing...would have preferred washwrags instead. I would have to bring my own washwrags if I come back to this hotel.
Lovely inside, wonderful staff.
Not really that close to airport, took 15 minutes to get there, a little hard to locate initially.
very good service at the reception, opportunity to eat a small dinner until 10pm, taxi service to the airport for free, breakfast box, very good breakfast
Nothing in the Mini bar
Closest hotel to the airport, free shuttle, great breakfast and clean, comfortable quiet room.
Nothing, all was good.
proximity to airport, which was our primary reason for booking with Sadot bed was very comfortable shuttle to airport
Conveniently located close to the airport.
Inconveniently located in a mall with a military checkpoint to go through
Reception staff were very helpful and informative, rooms were excellent, clean, gigantic double bed, toilet perfect. Although I missed it, there is good underground parking.
The only drawback with the location is that the only options for meals are fast food outlets in the shopping mall under the hotel. For proper dining with options it's a 10 minute taxi ride for about 45 shekels
The Sadot hotel is close to the airport and is a good choice if you are catching an early flight from Ben Gurion airport. They have free taxi service to the airport and the staff is very helpful.
It was a bit expensive
The staff were all very helpful, arranged the free shuttle service at a time to suit us. The breakfast was very good with ample range to choose from. (The orange jam appeared to be home made and was delicious)
