I liked getting the room I paid for instead of the room I was give. They are cheats. I did not like the fact they gave us a really inferior room and lead me to believe I had to pay extra for what I had paid for!!!!!!!

cozy environment and welcoming staff. Can't get a closer acces to the beach in Tel-Aviv, and few minutes stroll to main shopping ans city attractions. Nice room with comnfortable bed. Great towels. Confortable lounge with tastful coffe, tea and biscuits. In short - this hotel is well worth the price we paid. We'Il defenitely return. The breakfast included in the fare is at a downstairs Cafe. Thier food and service are not on par with the quality of the hotel. Soggy salad, uniinspiring eggs, not-fresh fruit juices. No creative options for those who prefer veggies to the various pastries, pancakes and stuff. The retaurant should learn from the hotel how to run a high-class yet modest business.

Great place. I plan to stay there frequently. Excellent location and good value for the money. The breakfast next door at the Yotvata Restaurant (as an outsourced function) was superb with its open air seating and views of the Mediterranean seashore). somewhat noisy and busy intersection with very heavy traffic

Location, free parking, pleasant room, curteous staff. The breakfast is served at adjunct restaurant. Although a diary cuisine, the vegetables were not as fresh and the cooked food was mediocre, at best. During our one-night stay the fire alarm system malfunctioned and went off repeatedly, from 05:30 on. The receptionist said that this was cused by fire alarm in restaurant. But the hotel maintanece man said that it was a malfunctioning hotel fire detector. I assume that this is a rare event. If it is a repeated occurance, then Bookings users should know this.

The staff was very attentive, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good, delicious and enormous that it was almost ridiculous. It is just a great value for what you spend and very close to the beach and other important Tel Aviv landmarks. No complaints here. I stayed here twice with two guests, and we loved it both times.

The hotel is good. It has stylish rooms with a lot of space and good service. Just a good hotel. On this moment the problem of this hotel is that on all sides of the hotel there are building sites, this is interfering greatly with a pleasant stay in the hotel. Also the information about free parking is greatly exaggerated. The thing is that parking is at place but, it only has about five parking places. And if you come to the hotel at evening, all places are taken and the only way is to use a parking that costs money right in front of the hotel.

Location, standard-quality No desciption of driving pattern from and to Ben Gurion Airport. Suggestion: A map marking the driveway, considering one-way driving regulations, from BenGurion and back.

Internally good. Large rooms, interesting design, nice team I payed more than 500$ per night and had bad view - not on see, on roofs of old buildings, parking and garbage. Hotel parking has only 6 places. If no one available you need to fing and pay for parking yourself. It is not secure, durty and fussy for the hotel level.

The staff (reception and maid) was friendly and the location was nice. The spacious room did fit my expectations. The room was clean - except from the toilet flush button - the shiny surface revealed the truth. :-) The no-go for me personally was the breakfast in the restaurant which is connected to the hotel. It seems the hotel just has a contract with them. The staff - altough friendly - is young and not really well dressed. They would better fit into a Mensa (student canteen) rather than being suitable to serve guests of a 4* hotel. Moreover for a room rate of about eur 150,- you would expect a nice buffet breakfast. However, included into the room rate is only one dish from the menu, which is really ridiculous. And to my big surprise you do not even get fresh orange juice. That was not a good start into the day. Thus I will not book this hotel again. Executive suites does not well describe this hotel. It is more spacious appartments with a helpful reception, nothing more, nothing less.

Great location directly at the beach/promenad of TLV. Outstanding view in a Boutique Hotel compared to the huge Hotels in the neigbourhood. One of the best choices with a very good price-value ratio.Im recommending it strongly to friends. Sauna is very small.

Junior suite had a comfortable v large double bed. Bathroom with hair drier soaps etc. tv in bedroom. sitting room had tv with surround sound, sofa and chairs. Balcony had a small table and 2 chairs. Other end of room had a table & chairs, 2 ring hob microwave and fridge. Air conditioning was effective. Lifts worked . Free coffe downstairs. Limited parking spaces we were locky every time. Otherwise several local parks free. Breakfast was very generous with lots of choice. Right by the seafront. Lots of restaurents in walking distance. Jerusalem about 45 mins by car. Nazareth/Galilee abou t 1 1/2 hours. Only drive in Tel Aviv if you are used to big cities. GPS works outside Tel Aviv but only sporadically in the city. I think it may be jammed. Limited Parking on site but there are pay car parks nearby
