Exceptionally friendly, helpful staff, free parking Flexible arrangements breakfast - simple but good

room was a little tired and needed some paint and cobwebs removing. Linen was a little stained.

The staff was very attentive to my questions. They were very helpful with respect to contacting tour groups for confirmation and taxis for the airport. The hotel was very clean. It was located within walking distance of the beach.

I tried one night in the sanded accommodation, but would ot recommend to anyone if they are not used to coed dorms. This room was not clean.

Excellent location. Decent breakfast

Dirty. Cranky staff. Booked a double room and they gave us bunk beds.. No socketa in the room. Unable to control airconditioning, so you are either hot or too cold.

The location was great. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach. Bus stop to go to the Autobus Terminal or Train station to go to the airport just around the corner. Free coffee in the lobby at any time. Very good wi-fi in the room.

it wasnt clean. The breakfast was poor.It was very expensive for a simple room/the shower wasnt clean, the floor got wet if someone took a shower. 139 dollars for a place that is worth 75 dollars at the most. We had to leave at 11 on a Saturday and we needed to be outside most of the day. This is unusual in Israel. You usually can stay at the hotel at least til 1400 if not until much later on a Saturday.

Good location, near to the beach. Helpful staff. Good WiFi signal in the room too.

Terrible rooms. Extremely small rooms with very old furniture. Not clean. Don't accept the rooms on the ground floor! They out of any European standard. The breakfast very poor.

I liked the coziness of the room - it was nice and comfortable and quiet - not modern - but very clean and quiet - I would go there again.

It was well located, ideal for visiting Tel Aviv and Jaffa. It was clean and quite comfortable.

The staff were not particularly friendly; the breakfast facilities were inadequate; the dining room was too small and cramped; the breakfast meagre compared with those we experienced in other hotels in Israel which were also 3 star. In fact, we question the category of this hotel. It was more 2 or 1 star. Also, we were given family rooms which we had not booked. We would not recommend it to other travellers, and as regular visitors to Israel will not be returning there ourselves.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It has a great location. The hotel is clean. They have free amenities (free water, coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies).

You could hear through the walls quite easily. The breakfast wasn't the greatest.

Unfriendly old shaved man at reception, very rude and looks like that we are not guests. Opposite of his colleague. You ask to yourself why to pay to receive this such of hospitality

5 m' walk from the beach. That's the benefit from this hotel. Avoid the rooms at the first floor, a nightmare. Rooms at the second floor are what we can expect for such price. Its clean and AC available. Hotel crew is good welcoming.

A little difficult to find.

There is a car park for hotel guests, and this is the main reason I've booked this hotel. However, it turns out that the parking has limited space, it involves leaving your car keys at the desk (every new car blocks all the other parking cars), and is unfitting for wide SUVs (unless you want your car scratched)

In the center of the City, friendly stuff, it was my second- but- I think- not the last stay in this hotel. People working in this Hotel- are going to make our stay comfortable.

The view from the window- typical for ta- close to new, modern building there are many places which look like ruins, very dirty.

Location: 5 min. walk to the beach, 5 min. walk to beautiful Bialik street and other bauhaus buildings. Easy 5 min drive to old Yaffa. Private parking (but small, about 4 cars. There is a huge parking nereby (25 nis per day). Modest but good breakfast, free coffee. Decoration and atmosphere.

Equipment is bit old, "jacuzzi" is a rundown joke separated from the room by only curtain. But this is just for information, and doesn't spoil the impression from the hotel.

Good location close to beach, the city and old Jaffa. Friendly and helpsome people. We vere satisfyed.

Our second room had a bathtub in the room and a toilet in the shower (with a glass door)....

Friendly stuff, ready to give all the information, they gave us free umbrellas when it was raining outside - it was so kind of them
