The staff was very helpfull and welcoming, the food was very good and diversify and the location is perfect - the best!

I have about 15 photos of the room. Electricity plugs uncovered. Water mixers not changed and not uniform Dirt everywhere Tv does not work and remote without batteriesq Carpets are not cleaned since 5 years for sure I can send all photos if you want

Excellent location in Jerusalem, and our room had a beautiful view over the city.

The best value for money hotel in Jerusalem. This impressive hotel is located on the top of Mount Olive with the most magnificent view both of the old city and Jerusalm, and the Judean desert down to Jerich the Jordan Valley. Dating back it was the Intercontinental Hotel. One can enjoy lavish rich oriental meals and delight for an attractive price. The rooms are very spacious comfortable and quite. There are gardens and a beautiful panorama under the The hotel staff is very friendly.

The view of the Old City of Jerusalem is fantastic!!!

It's seedy, dirty, and falling apart. Doesn't look like they take maintenance seriously.

Its faded appearance, clearly its seen better days. Breakfasts were dull and never varied from day to day.

The staff were friendly and it is a good price. Excellent view. The rooms were clean.

The hotel has not been improved for years and the facilities were very basic. The air conditioning didn't work in our rooms which in late July was very poor. Despite 2 request it didn't get repaired. The tv didn't really work very well and the rooms,although clean are on the spartan side. Very handy for the Mount of Olives but not really within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. The breakfast was again very basic.

Location and Jerusalem View. Close to Getsemani.

It is a very old hotel. TV and Radio should have 50 years old and they don't work. Toillet was broken. Carpets and walls in the hall are dirty. Maybe it is normal in cities like Jerusalem, but there was some other local guests armed. It was a surprise for us. We arrived late at night, so we stayed one night and switch to another hote.

Staff was available and attentive. Price was right. Food was excellent and plentiful. Free WiFi was available as described. Air conditioning was adequate, once they turned it on. As described, view of the city was excellent. Parking was free, convenient and available.Wi

WiFi was available only in the lobby, not in the room. I could Skype, but had to use ear buds, so half the conversation could be private, and I could control the other half of the conversation. Directions to any part of Jerusalem is complicated, since street names change very often and street numbers are not posted, so a road atlas has limited use. Staff also could not help very much. I had to rely on my sense of direction to get around and on friends living in the city for directions

An ordinary three star hotel. Romantic, must to stop because of the panoramic view of the old town. In Jerusalem you can admire forever. The whole city at your feet. A very beautiful sunset and the night city.

Not convenient to get to the old city, because of location on the mountain. Nearby is a bus stop. By taxi from the lion's gate trip costs about 30 skl.

Location and view of the city is the best. They originally offered us a twin room even though we booked a double but it was quickly changed to a double with the best view from the Mt of Olives .. thank you.

Laundry service and price was not clear. Our visit coincided with a weekend break of an Israeli army group staying at the hotel walking around in fatigues and carrying guns (presumably not loaded).. But somehow guns and holidays don't mix for us. In and outside the hotel always ask price before agreeing to any purchase.

на гору, где расположен отель, туристы приезжают полюбоваться видом, место изумительное. но пешком до города и обратно в отель приходиться сначала спускаться, а потом карабкаться на высокую гору: если вы не любитель нагрузок и длительных сложных пеших прогулок, придется тратиться на такси. один из самых чистых и аккуратных отелей арабской части иерусалима.по соотношению цены и качества - один из лучших вариантов)

остались в о еле благодаря собственной настойчивости: приехали на пасху, когда в городе были толпы людей, на ресепшене нам сообщили, что мест в отеле нет, предложили отправить нас на такси в гостиницу на другом конце города. после получасового скандала таки нашли нам комнату, но несколько пар на наших глазах таки отшили, рассказывая, что бронирование через интернет - это ничего не значит и мест у них нет. в номере нет телевизора, но активно путешествующим он и не нужен)) еще нет фена и очень мало розеток - у нас было всего две, так что зарядка телефонов и планшетов превратилась в проблему. ванная - не для брезгливых.

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. La nourriture est bonne et abondante. La vue depuis la salle de restaurant sur Jérusalem est vraiment exceptionnelle. L'emplacement est très bon et permet d'aller à Jérusalem à pied sans souci.

Une fuite dans le robinet de la salle de bain. Il faisait froid dans les chambres. Les draps était trop étroits et on ne pouvait pas les border correctement. Les vitres étaient sales. L'eau dans la douche était à peine tiède en fin de journée.

Resepsjonen hadde ikke mottatt vår reservasjon. Det samme hendte i des. 2011. Svært lite tilfredstillende. Jeg ble sint.

Les chambres spacieuses, la qualité du restaurant pas luxueux mais convenable, la vue exceptionnelle sur Jerusalem. La gentillesse du personnel contrastant avec une malpolitesse largement répandue en Israël.

Le mauvais entretien, papier et autres sous les lits. Le téléviseur antédiluvien et son câble arraché.

Тихий отель. Чисто. Уборка, смена полотенец ежедневно. Персонал отзывчивый. Местоположение шикарное, до старого города пешком не более 20 минут. Перед отелем смотровая площадка с видом на старый город. Завтрак отличный, если все пробовать, можно лопнуть. Цена за номер для Иерусалима очень приятная.

Месторасположение отеля удачно во многих отношениях. Прекрасный вид на старый город. Шаговая доступность паломнических мест: Спасо-Вознесенский, монастырь, часовня Вознесения, монастырь Марии Магдалины, усыпальница Богородицы. Просторные номера, наличие необходимых услуг, а также удаленность от оживленных кварталов способствуют спокойному отдыху. На завтрак предлагается разнообразное меню.
