Everything. We only stayed for a night, but were very impressed with the design and operation. Light, airy and well-appointed room. Excellent facilities and the breakfast was top notch. We will stay again.

The atmosphere was great, cosy and classy at the same time. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff very helpful.

Leo and Cielene were very friendly and very helpful. They also recommended a great restaurant which we went to several times. We stayed here more than once on our trip because we wanted to be in Jerusalem a few days, so we returned for two days before leaving back to the Tel Aviv Airport.

The first visit we had an extremely small and claustrophobic room. This would be good for a single person or someone traveling with children. Bathroom was very hard to maneuver in for my husband since we are older and he has a bad leg

The closeness to the beach and the city center was excellent. The breakfast is outstanding and beats all I have ever seen. The rooms and the design of the hotel make you feel at home. Best of all: the roof top terrace and the pleasant lounge music which puts just the finishing touch to the ambiance. Congratulations.

Attention to detail, staff who were caring about your experience, well-designed hotel rooms and communal spaces, excellent breakfast.

Could be a little noisy in the early mornings from other rooms, outside chores being done etc.

Warm friendly atmosphere; welcoming smiling staff; an 'at home' feel; excellent breakfast and wide selection of teas; great shower; lovely bedroom; superb in room internet facility. We would definitely look to stay in this hotel or its sister hotels in the future.

My wife would like to have had a mirror option over the desk area as that is where she prefers to blow dry her hair with her own hair dryer, but this is often an issue in many hotels.

Fabulous design, tasty breakfast, friendly staff (also late at night at the check in and check out). Beautifull terrase on the roof with marvelous sea view.

Good and friendly staff, some of them go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding. Good vibes in the hotel.

Certain rooms are much too small, can't even place a suitcase aside.

Very pleasant hotel. Did not expect much when made the booking. The Hotel surprised us with its great atmosphere, friendliest staff, delicious breakfasts and hors d'oeuvres served 5 till 7. Enjoyed ourselves immensely. Great value for the price.

From the minute we walked through the door we felt welcomed and relaxed. Reception staff were very helpful. The hotel gives you free beach towels and water in a beach bag each day. There are free drinks and canapés each evening.mthere is a masseuse each day giving free massage on the roof. Breakfast is excellent and so varied. Great location, on a horrid busy road but just across from the beach and easy to pick ups taxi for going out.

Rooms were cosy. Breakfast was top and personnel overall friendly and helpful. Rooftop lounge zone is very nice and free of charge massage of 15' aswell

We were granted a room on the first floor with view ...on the main street. That is close to a nightmare as traffic is too dense and lights just a few steps from the hotel. After lengthy discussions we were "transferred" two floors up and that was OK, yet the sea view is an illusion.

Very clean presentable hotel with extremly friendly and accomodating staff. Rooms are lovely and modern and breakfast area is very comfortable and homely.

The people! The location! The room! The breakfast! There was nothing not to like! The staff of Shalom Hotel & Relax made me feel like I was visiting with friends. It is a beautiful hotel. With extraordinary service. I had booked the superior room. However, it was not available on the first night and I stayed in a standard. The standard room was perfectly fine for a solo traveller like me - so I had no issues. And even if I did, there was no way that I could have said no to Avi anyway :-). Highly recommended.

Fantastic location for a beach / city visit to Israel. Perfect size hotel and ideal room. One small complaint would be in regards to the air conditioning which didn't seem to be functioning adequately however I did not comment to the staff. It was totally manageable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Immaculately clean. I rented a car and was able to park it in the lot immediately opposite the hotel. As a guest of the Shalom & Relax hotel I qualified for a substantial daily discount. They should consider adding this info to their website. 100% rating.

Very cute and comfortable boutique hotel. Great breakfast spread. Some nice extra touches like free massages on the roof deck every day, a happy hour with drinks & canapes every afternoon. Little bowl of cherries upon arrival.

Only complaint is the wireless (while free) is very spotty and we couldn't get much reception in our room. Even in the lobby, it's slow and comes and goes.

It is realy nice hotel, especially we enjoyed cleanness of the room, very nice smell in bathroom, nuts, dates and cookies on the table and free water to drink. Good idea is also to offer complimentary massage in the roof, just it would be advisable to sign for it, otherwise one can wait pretty long time and not get it finally. Very good idea is to provide guests with a small booklet about site seeing possibilities.

We booked superior room with SPA inside, but did not get it. Upon arrival we were explained that it was already booked and that booking.com system is not alligned with hotel reservation system. It was a big pity, as it created some problems for us and changed our not so flexible relaxation plans.

A really nice relaxing feel to this hotel with staff that couldn't do enough to please. We would stay here again!
