We were a mature couple in a lovely studio and our son and family in a 2 bed apartment. The accommodation was excellent, situation superb, staff helpful and we will be back!

Very tight entry, not easy to find.

no hot water, layout of apartment, LACK OF HOT WATER

staff were exceptional nothing was too difficult for them to assist with the apartment was A+, clean & serviced daily, it is practically brand new! with new fittings etc double verandha so sun all day. The location was perfect close a short walk away to all the attractions of the city - you are in the heart of modern Jerusalem city life here!

city noises beds were a little wobbly & small

The staff at Shamai Suites was AWESOME! The rooms were comfortable and very economically priced. We would stay at Shamai Suites again.

The location was awesome! Only a 10 minute walk from the old city and right at the center of a great shopping area. Also, a 5 minute walk from the light rail stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms were very nice, with lots of space. I highly recommend this place!!

I had excellent stay at the Shamai suites thanks to the three boys on reception, Ori, Guy and Ilija who accommodation my every request, i have not recived better service in the five star prestigious hotels i have stayed in the past. As i was a solo traveler there help was invaluable, the location is amazing as well as its only 10 minutes walk to the old city and i would recommend it to everybody. All in all excellent choice of accommodation.

The room was large and there were kitchen facilities, though minimal (no stove, just a microwave). Shower nice. The room had a wonderful balcony and lots of light. Fabulous location, right off Ben Yehuda Street, a ten minute walk to the old city and short cab ride to points west. Very good value.

Definitely not luxury facilities. Bathroom small. No lobby to speak of. The internet signal was weak to nonexistent.

Very pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the suite. More than adequate for my husband, my young adult son and myself. Brilliantly located. A very lucky 'find' on the internet and I will recommend it with enthusiasm to fellow travellers.

Nothing really.. Had a minor TV problem but that was promptly attended to.

Staff very helpful.great location 15 mins walk to the old city . Almost on ben yehuda street. Rooms are well cleaned daily with fresh towels. Will definitely use this place when i come again next year.

Concierge / desk staff of Ori, Ilya and Andrei were always friendly and helpful. They told us about tours and assisted with the bookings. Informed us of cheaper parking options. They took an interest in our activities. Easy walk to Old City and souvenir shopping and inexpensive restaurants nearby. Quiet.

A second, larger garbage can in the kitchen area would be appreciated -- I forgot to tell staff this.

The location was amazing, right in the center of the city and within a few minutes walk of the old city and the light rail line.

Staff very courteous and helpful. suite very clean. The main bedroom was a good size and had an ensuite. The living area was also a good size. About 25m walk from Old City. Supermarket round corner, Ben Yehude market about 10m walk. Car park round corner.

The second bedroom was small with 2 very narrow beds (2'6") and no space to open a suitecase.Not a chair to put clothes on, no mirror on the wall and not even a hook on the door. Really only suitable for 2 children. Had to ask for kitchen pans.

Best location in the city. Can. Walke to all the sights in five minutes. Surrounded by good restaurants and shops. Good place to stroll at night and window shop after dinner.

Over Pizza Hut, can smell in the hallways. Internet didn't work even thought they said they fixed it, had to walk over to mc Donald's for free wi-fi. Tv and air conditioner was strange to operate.
