One lady on the front desk was a bit rude. I hate this type of showers we had here.
Location, accommodations, 23/7 coffee/tea bar, fun decor
- Coffee/tea available all the time - Location - Breakfast (not in the hotel but at partner cafes nearby with very nice breakfast options) - Good internet
Perfect location, nice staff.
Bad check-in and checkout times.
The location and friendliness of the staff.
The sheets the room
Shower was terrible
The staff is very kind and professional. The interior design is nice, The roof terrace is amazing.
Standart room is very small, not more than 15 sqm
Welcome with a glass of champagne and a nice garden to sit with complimentary coffee through the day. Tips and deals with local insight.
No restaurant or breakfast. But they arrange good deal for breakfast which is at a walking distance from hotel.
Great room, bed!!! Free international calls, great wi fi, great breakfast at Baker's, everything!!!
Atmosphere, decoration, the roof, the location
The free coffee downstairs and friendless of the reception staff. Location was perfect.
I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and I had a nice warm welcome on arrival but it was not renewed during my stay; I would have appreciated a little gesture from the staff.
Great location next to shenkin. Yummy breakfast at cafés around the corner. Ended up having parking spot for my car( only 3 availAble)
Small rooms. Only heat was on and room was hot.
air conditioning was not functioning
very nice hotel in a perfect location
staff extremely friendly, excellent location, great attention for detail, a concept well thought out
the (standard) rooms are a bit small, but it didn't bother me given the level of comfort and hospitality
well-thought-out and well-designed, attractive room. Nice coffee/tea patio area. friendly staff.
needed more shelf space for foldup clothes
Amazing breakfast , useful tips and pleasant atmosphere.
Location Breakfast Rooftop
Very thin walls, so you can hear your neighbors Kindergarten right next to the hotel Airplanes cross the hotel
the rooms are very small no window no comfort at all when 2 people share
Service from staff were outstanding. They helped us with all our needs. Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Free wifi & international phone calls were a pleasant touch.
Rooms were small and tight. We could not check in earlier than 3pm.
Location - just off a trendy street; staff had good restaurant recommendations
Small rooms; fairly pricey for the offering
The location, the staff, the coffee & cake area, and the rooftop- a beautiful view!
Israeli hotels are super expensive, and Shenkin isn't cheap. They do have good deals though, and excellent facilities so overall it's a good deal.
A quirky oasis/hotel away from touristy T-A. Large letters and numbers from many fonts keep your eye interested and get you to where you’re going. A roof-top patio complements a 24-hour coffee/tea/cookie place to relax off the lobby. Well thought-out and well run by people who care. Rooms are very comfortable. On a quiet street next to Shenkin St., where there are no large stores, only myriad small businesses vying for your interest. Nearby Carmel Shuk is what a street-market should be.
The young boutique vibe was refreshing. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful - they appeared to all make an effort to maximize the guests' experience. The hotel offered nice touches - a glass of sparkling wine (upon check-in), a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, free cake, snacks, lattes and tea in the lobby. Walking distance to Carmel Market. The breakfast options (2 blocks away) were delicious!
The location is in the middle of the fun area but, upon reflection, too far from the ocean.
