Rooms were spotless, clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the desk was open 24 hours. Liked the fact breakfast was next door in a local restaurant and the food was very good. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again!
All. Great location and fantastic facilities
Very clean, friendly, modern, free wifi, location, roof top
A nicer coffee machine would be great...but I am also very picky.
comfortable bed, stylish bathroom, nice rooftop and patio, very good rate
maybe room is a little bit small, but as I was just by myself it was not a problem
Front desk with well trained staff, nice, courteous and efficient. With good knowledge on different things asked for and good will to help. Even telephone calls are complimentary and we find it great service. Alina was amazing, on top of everything, in her customers' care.
Bathroom water going by the W.Cs from the glass door; hangers are too high and all are fixed hence difficult to use them. Maybe a small bottle of water for the night will be nicer.
Great staff and cafe breakfast made this boutique hotel different and definitely worth a stay. Clean nice room, roof top terrace and very good location.
Great location. Very clean, nice rooms with all you need. Great wi-fi both in the room and in the wonderful outdoor lounge area with coffee and snacks. Nice roof for all guest to use. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included at two nearby cafés, great breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
Location very good! Staff very friendly and always helpful. 24 hours free coffee and cakes facilities and very nice terrace on the roof.
the location; the staff; the fact that you got free phone calls - local, mobile and international 9this is a big plus if you don't have a local mobile phone); the coffee area The café Sus Etz Café was very good and the staff very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The room is small; the fact that breakfast is not served onsite (as I get up earlier than my wife so a little inconvenient); the Ben Ami Café - the staff are surly and there was limited chose (they charged mew for a second cup of coffee).
The hotel is really quirky and fun, relaxed, informal but uber comfortable. The rooms are great with fantastic bathroom and a nice welcoming box of chocs plus a coffee machine and bottles of water. Fabulous rooftop area with great outdoor seating, lovely for cracking open a bottle of wine whilst looking out at the Tel Aviv skyline. Also a nice garden where you can help yourself to drinks and delicious biscuits and cake. Staff are really helpful and very pleasant - mainly seem young and enthusiastic. We love staying in a residential area where you can really get a feel for Tel Aviv and it's hustle and bustle. We are not affiliated to the hotel in any way but absolutely cannot recommend it too highly ! This was our third visit but we will be making many more - our daughter lives nearby so it is ideal. Love it.
Really nice Hotel, exceptional Hotel Staff and central location to beach, shopping, restaurants, museums and sights. Breakfast is included in next by restaurant. Personally we find that an great idea. You had the choice of two spots
Staff and modern
Staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast is out of this world amazing (available at two local restaurants - a few minutes walking from the hotel), around the clock coffee/cookie area is great, and the rooftop terrace is excellent. Day one you get a bottle of champagne welcoming you to the charming hotel, which is located on a small street in a lively Tel-Aviv neighborhood. You can enjoy the champagne on the roof laying on one of the day beds or sitting in the hanging chairs - while taking in a view of the city/water. Walking distance to everything - main city markets, beach, rental bikes to explore Jaffa, etc. Loved the surrounding area - location really makes you feel as though you belong to the neighborhood - like a local.
Wifi is ok, but not accessible at all when on the roof. Seal on the shower door isn't great, water gets onto the floor. No beach towels provided, although we just took ours from the room...
very nice Little hotel, rooms individual and stylish, very spacious (Studio), on roof top lovely terrace, nice located near Shuk Har Karmel and Shenkein Street, breakfast outside in two bars, you can choose between (good idea away from the boring hotel buffets), nice and helpful stuff, would definitly come back
windows and doors to the floor could be better isolated, construction site nearby
Coffee, tea and cokies at the garden all day long.
Entire stuff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we need. There was an issue with the cleaning of our room one day and we received complimentary bottle of Cava as apology. Hotel is located close to all interesting points and 15 min of relaxed walk to the beach. Breakfast option at two local cafes is an excellent idea - allows you to you enjoy the city to the full. Complimentary drinks and cookies as well as happy hour Cava is a cherry on top.
Standard rooms are rather small. Being two girls with suitcases there was absolutely no space to move in the room:) Shower on the rooftop would be a nice addition on the hot days.
Everything was ideal from the location to the design and cleaniness. The 24hour reception service is definitely a plus, matched with the helpfulness of the staff and free coffee, cakes and cookies all day long. Unique view from the rooftop and full range of bathroom amenities. I am definitely staying there the next time I visit Tel Aviv.
Everything was perfect.
Clean, very friendly and very comfortable. And not a bad price for Tel Aviv. The staff were also outstanding and the self service coffee / tea station was a nice touch.
The breakfast included was not available early enough for some day trips that we had booked but this is because they are provided by external cafes.
Individual good taste. Boutique style. Nice young staff.
Room too small. Breckfast only around the block garage very narrow,
Small room No restaurant for breakfast (you go to a couple of bar with an hotel voucher)
Location Breakfast at local cafés Staff advice and friendliness
Size of room
Very nice boutique hotel
Walls between rooms are light ...
The staff is very cute, kind and service minded. They are like a family, who make you feel like home.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope to return
I loved the location of the Hotel. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Best coffee!!
The cleaning service kept forgetting to put glasses in the room. I think this is a very easy problem to solve and everything else was great.
