All the services where very good, the break-fast was excellent with big choice, the lounge was also very nice, with good food and very comfortable. We stay 8 days, very very nice vacation.Will come back for sure. No, really everything whas very good. |

Very helpful staff. The tea in the restaurant is made the US way, hot water with a tea bag on the saucer. I understand it is an American chain, but all the other hotels we stayed at in Israel made the tea in a teapot, the correct way. |

Excellent value by using the Delux lounge associated with the 18th. floor rooms. food was excellently presented and the ;permanent; hostess/manager was very attentive and interested. the manager also attended a special champagne cocktail evening in the lounge and introduced himself. oviously is very concerned about his staff according to their great attitude to their work. all were fantastic |

Nice view. Unpleasant receptionist. Half of the Equipment in the Room was Not working (iPhone recharger, coffee mashine), breakfeast always the same ( for 5 days we got the same tuna salad and fish which was not exchanged) we saw two cockroaches in the breakfeast room. Staff entering your room although don't disturb sign is at the door. Once we came back in the afternoon and room was left open by the cleaning personnel. All in all was this not worth for a 5 star hotel, 4 at most. |

The breakfast was of very high standard, and the choice was excellent, Having breakfast at this hotel looking out to the beach was one of my most memorable experiences at this hotel. The executive rooms were a good size, and the bathroom good qaulity, The queen bed was comfortable. A slightly larger balcony would have been nice. Yes, I had to pay additional for parking which was quite disappointing considering the amount I paid, which was a non discounted nightly rate. What was even more disapointing is that I was not told that parking was and additional extra. Most five star hotels include parking facilities as part of the package. |

nice pool, good area, nice breakfast besides the fact that on your site is written VAT is not applicable the hotel tried their luck to charge us vat. only after proving we are not israeli citizens did they agree to remove the charge. |

Great location across from the beach and good facilities within the hotel. The hotel was overpriced (over $400 per night) due to season and local events. Renovations to pool area ongoing during stay which we were not alerted to before booking and which affected enjoyment of pool and adjacent lobby areas. |

The staff were friendly but professional, also very knowledgeable about the local area and very happy to help and provide information. The coffee machine was a little unreliable and also coffee / milk supplies a little sparse! They brought more if requested, (and did eventually fix the coffee machine!!) but after a long day sightseeing it would have been nice if plenty of refreshments were readily available in the room. This is nit-picking really and in general the hotel is excellent. |

Ein gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit einem wunrvollen Blick über Tel Aviv und das Meer. Kurzer Weg in die Stadtmitte und nach Jaffa. Besonders gut war das Restaurant "Olive Leaf". Super Essen und ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Kellner. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls bombastisch. |

la posizione dell albergo il fatto di usare piu' valute i prezzi sono poco chiari , e' opportuno che i prezzi siano nelle valute piu' utilizzate o e' opportuno capire a che cambio vengono calcolati. ad una cena sono stato sollecitato a sbrigarmi perche' il ristorante chiudeva ed era a buffet , questa e' una vera vergona e successivamente mi hanno invitato a a liberare il tavolo perche' dovevano apparecchiare |

Le Sheraton était mon hotel préféré à Tel -Aviv il y a une vingtaine d'années, je lui avais préfére l'Intercontinental ces dernières années; depuis ce dernier séjour après la rénovation des chambres, il l'est redevenu. Il n'est pas acceptable que nous ayons eu à deux reprises des draps de lit usés et troués, c'est indigne d'un hôtel de standing. Je regrette aussi que les fenêtres du restaurant principal ne soient pas lavées plus souvent: la propreté contrastante des fenêtres du Dan voisin est une remontrance permanente à cette négligence. |
