Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel & Towers  

Ottima la struttura dell'hotel, la posizione e lo staff. Eccellente anche la sicurezza. Wifi gratuito nella lobby ed in alcune aree dell'hotel, mentre nelle stanze è molto caro. Al 3 e 7 piano ci sono postazioni per il pc gratis, con personale sempre presente in caso di necessità. Ottimo il servizio.

Piccolo neo. Abbiamo chiesto una stanza tripla deluxe, ma tutte le stanze sono di uguale grandezza, dunque abbiamo ricevuto una doppia adattata, nonostante gli spazi ristretti, a tripla.

We ahd a wonderful time at the Sheraton Tel Aviv. We felt all aspects of the hotel met our needs. It's position was excellent for the beach and seafront and was well positioned for walking into the shops and restaurants. we would edfinitey recommend it to others.

The room that we were upgraded to.

When we got off the elevator to our room, the floor was filled with cigarette smoke. Key wouldn't work to our room- had to go down twice. When we finally got in, our "Deluxe room w/sea-view" had a view of the building next to us and the room was a dump. We went down to let them know that it was unacceptable. They "upgraded" us to a room that should have been the room that we got in the first place- a small, clean double with a sea view. Also, we thought from the description that this hotel was on the beach. In fact, you have to cross the street to get to the beach. Breakfast was terrible- it was on Shabbat, so I'm wondering if they had to do re-heats from the day before.

Beautiful vista and accomodations. By far the nicest beach location.

Parking for even a short time requires a fee at the garage which is accessable only by elevator to lower levels.

Not bad but so old hotel (elevators). The Hotel sees better days.

Breakfast. Lanch boxes are extremily big and tasty

Everything. The location is great. The hotel is comfortable, food good, staff really good. Nothing to complain about. Even using their business centre and computers. Where it seems customary for this to be charged for in Israel, here one gets some time free of charge per day. I would stay there, and if the same, in any Sheraton anytime! Thank you Sheraton, Tel Aviv.

Comfortable hotel with very pleasant room. Good breakfast included. Helpful staff, particularly when a couple of repairs were needed to room door which wasn't closing and toilet flush which would not stop. Both repairs were done very promptly.

Great hotel, great service, very nice rooms and lobbies and lounge!

The room seemed a little old but still nice, the shades are not strong enough in the morning from the sun

I like very much the hotell, but sometimes I missed nice restaurants, and miss some small place to eat at the hotell

I missed some coffe bar, this you have, has nothing to eat, but soup.

Overpriced.

The reception staff was very kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is very clean and lavish, with excellent amenities.

I was put into an old room, and it was certainly not as nice as the previous rooms that I have stayed in at the same hotel. The carpeting was dingy and worn and the bed was old.
