Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel & Towers  

Hotel jest świetnie położony i zdecydowanie nowocześniejszy niż Carlton Tel Aviv, w którym także miałem okazje przebywać przez parę dni. Warto wziąć pokoje wysoko gdyż widok jest przepiękny a także jest zdecydowanie ciszej. Dobre SPA, przyzwoity basen, ładne i nowoczesne (jak na Izrael) pokoje, drobne ale miłe rzeczy (świetne kosmetyki Buigari, wieczorny serwis, wstęp do Wieży, kwiaty w pokoju) to zdecydowanie atuty Sheraton Tel Aviv.

Bardzo drogi internet - w XXI wieku 20 $ za dobę to zdzierstwo. Słabe śniadania - lepiej wyjść na promenadę i zjeść coś lepszego za 1/3 ceny.

Nice hotel, very good situation. We hava stayed there before and are likely to come back. The lounges are appreciated, with snacks and drinks during the day, and also help with office stuff

The rooms and public areas have been cleaned very well and the personal was really friendly and helpfull.

A Hotel in that category should offer a Mini-Bar at the room. the Sheraton Tel Aviv does not have it (There is a bundle of drinks you can preorder - but this is not a mini service it is like trying to sell me 3 things I don't want ,if I would buy one drink). The rooms are small for for the price and category. WLan on the room is not for free.

It is infuriating to pay $20 a day for internet access

Everything. Hotel, location, staff, food ...... all of excellent quality. Would stay there again without thinking on any trip to Tel Aviv. Thanks Sheraton an staff!

The room service is bad!!!!!!

Comfortable hotel with very pleasant room. Good breakfast included. Helpful staff, particularly when a couple of repairs were needed to room door which wasn't closing and toilet flush which would not stop. Both repairs were done very promptly.

I like very much the hotell, but sometimes I missed nice restaurants, and miss some small place to eat at the hotell

I missed some coffe bar, this you have, has nothing to eat, but soup.

The location was perfect for us- we were in the Towers section which was very convenient and the service was superb especially from MAzel who was in charge of the Towers. Free Internet was also a huge bonus. Will definately visit again.

The location and the advertised quality.

The dining room was generally untidy and the tables often dirty. The furniture in that room required renewal in some cases. Some of the staff were untrained, viz: wine waitress. The carpet often required to be swept. The executive lounge was disappointing compared to others we have used.

There was an incident regarding the non delivery of a Fedex package that was signed for by a Sheraton employee, but was never received by me. We were disappointed by the poor attention this matter received over a period of 3 days with all kinds of pathetic excuses. In a country paranoid about security and a 5 star hotel which should have rigid procedures for such services, apart from the lack of attention to the matter, the security of the hotel guests could have been put at risk. Shifting the blame to Fedex was a ridiculous posture and none of my associates at the hotel were impressed with this rejection of responsibility. So be it !

Fantastic location. Nice view from room.

A standard chain type hotel. Everything worked, but no home away from home feeling. Expensive. Then again, that's Tel Aviv. Wifi was just ridiculously expensive though.
