Location to be fair is amazing,with a walking distance(about 30-40min) to old city of Jaffa in the front of the most popular beach.

All hotel staff with few exeptions needs good costumer focus training!Managment wake up before is too late!We were waiting to be alocated to our room until 11PM!!!!After 5 hours at the airport,6hours flight,tired and dirty we've been told that our room is not ready,when reservation was made in December 2009!And this supposed to be Club Lounge!A joke, big time!Dirty tables with piles of plates during b-fast,Terrible filter coffee.On the top of it cockroach in the toilet!

loved the 7th floor lounge, staff friendly and very helpful, turn down service very nice also

Our room was clean and commodious and the chambermaids kept us well supplied with soap, towels etc. The reception staff were unfailingly polite and helpful and the breakfasts were execellent. I would definitely stay there again.

friendly staff, decent seafront location. the sheraton towers lounge was particularly welcoming with a good, fresh mix of food and drink all day.

bathrooms are very small and the pool area is not of the quality necessary for the hotel's price and location

All the services where very good, the break-fast was excellent with big choice, the lounge was also very nice, with good food and very comfortable. We stay 8 days, very very nice vacation.Will come back for sure.

The tea in the restaurant is made the US way, hot water with a tea bag on the saucer. I understand it is an American chain, but all the other hotels we stayed at in Israel made the tea in a teapot, the correct way.

Excellent value by using the Delux lounge associated with the 18th. floor rooms. food was excellently presented and the ;permanent; hostess/manager was very attentive and interested. the manager also attended a special champagne cocktail evening in the lounge and introduced himself. oviously is very concerned about his staff according to their great attitude to their work. all were fantastic

Unpleasant receptionist. Half of the Equipment in the Room was Not working (iPhone recharger, coffee mashine), breakfeast always the same ( for 5 days we got the same tuna salad and fish which was not exchanged) we saw two cockroaches in the breakfeast room. Staff entering your room although don't disturb sign is at the door. Once we came back in the afternoon and room was left open by the cleaning personnel. All in all was this not worth for a 5 star hotel, 4 at most.
