Location very good, staff very helpful, bedroom comfortable, food generally good.

Very surprised that we had to ask for sheets to be changed, and it took over one hour for five sandwiches to be served in the lobby lounge on Saturday evening. Not good enough for a five-star hotel and the prices charged.

The hotel is not located directly on the beach, there is a quite busy road between hotel and a beach.

We had a suite and it was spacious and pleasant.

I like that this was a very North American Hotel in Israel. The breakfast was outstanding. There was absolutely nothing missing from the buffet. The staff was always there to help and accommodate with anyway possible. The rooms were also a very nice size.

I felt this hotel could use a bit of an update. It wasn't bad, it was a great hotel but I stayed on one of the higher floors before my husband joined with his Special Guest Card (Starwood) and the room was a bit tired. At the end of our trip we were able to stay in a more updated room since we had the spg card.

Old decoration, need to provide more international breakfast more than Jewish style.

All the staff were friendly and caring and went out of their way to assist.

Service, Restaurant fine dining, breakfast, view of the seafront from front-facing room. Free use of business lounge with internet access 24 hours a day. Proximity to Tel-aviv beach promenade. Free bicycles.

Noise. Nowhere quiet to relax. Swimming pool was closed. But even if it had been open, it is only on 3rd floor, and I would think traffic and neighbouring construction noise would still have been obtrusive. Even the lounge has piped music, but not even relaxing music.

I did not enjoy paying for an early check in when I had requested an early check in with my booking. When I questioned this, I was told that it was at the discresion of the hotel as to whether they charge me.

All was perfect Super view on bay, beach & sea from high floors

We were treated very nicely. They even packed a fantastic breakfast for us (my wife, her mom and myself) to take to the plane, as we had a very early flight home... Our stay was the last night of a 10 day visit to Israel.

Had we known that the hotel's swimming pool was undergoing renovation we might have stayed elsewhere. The hotel did have arrangements with a private swim club a few minutes away. The pool was ok but we wound up changing into our bathing suits in a unisex bathroom stall.

The Staff is nice and helpful -

I wanted to invite friends for dinner, cafeteria was closed and the restaurant is open from Sunday thru Thursday only. We had dinner at the lobby behind the bar, but the staff is not trained for this kind of service. I was disappointed to see that the swimming pool was closed because of works, this should be told before the reservations...

Good location

Rooms very tired, hotel could do with a refurb. Stayed in club floor, very little breakfast choice, bathrooms tiny.

Staff service very good (rare to israel !!!) , food amazing , amazing view if you get a room with the sea view !!!! love it !!

They kill the tourists with extra charges , 1. they charge you credit cad in advance with a deposit (200$ at list !! without asking you) 2. if you rent a car and you park it in the HOTEL PARKING , they do not tell you that you have to pay for parking- as result- you pay 11 or 12$/day parking , while every parking elsweare around the hotel is less then 5 $/day i call this stealing !!!!! so unless you dont care about your money...although service good- be carfull.

Staff very abrupt to the point of rude. May be typical of Israel, but absolutely not what I expected from a Sheraton hotel.
