Great service, very helpful and cheerful staff The rooms are quite old, rather poor fruits selection at the breakfast

The bed View was awful with men working on the pool. It was a business feel and not a spa hotel at all

The entire staff and atmosphere is geared for comfort , relaxation and o hassles. All of our needs as to spa treatments were handled pleaseantly and expeditiously. Compared to the other Spa in the carmel, it is more affordable and at the beach, also in a city and close to the amenities that offers. The hiorel restaurants were poor. Since dinner was not included, the main restauarnat buffet had poor qaulity food. The shizen restaurant was excellent but with a narrow menu. The quality of the lobby lounge was not condusive to a spa atmosphere [I needed to be fully dressed to eat there], and it is expensive.

לא גרוע מאד היגעתי למלון והתקבלתי בספא שאלתי מה מגיע לכם אמרו לי 1650 שח וארוחת ערב במלון ובוקר במלון ביקשו כרטיס אשראי ולא היה לי ביקשו עוד 200 שח עירבון שילמתי 1850 שח היגעתי לארוחת ערב וליד נכל האורחים אמרו לי לא שילמתה ואתה לא יכול להיכנס נעשה לי עוגמת נפש ליד בת הזוג וליד כל האורחים טענתי לא יכול להיות ביררו ואחרי פרק זמן של היא נעימות אמרו ששלמתי והכניסו אותי זה הרגשה מאד לא נעימה הדלת כניסה שבור רטיבות בדלת של ההמבטיה ביקשתי קש בלובי לא קיבלתי הפעמון בלובי לא עובד ובערב אמרו לי שאני צריך להוסיף עוד 241 שח שיום ליפני אמרו לי שאני בזכות 200 שח

ריח נעים, ניקיון, חדר מרווח, מיטה נוחה, צוות מסור ונעים לא אהבתי שלמרות שהיה בקבוק יין במיני בר, לא היו כוסות יין וגם לא היה פותחן בקבוקים. גם לא אהבתי שכשעשיתי צ'ק אין מי שקיבלה אותי אמרה שהכוסות צריכות להיות בחדר. קיבלתי את הכוסות ואת הפותחן במהירות סבירה אבל הכוסות עצמן היו כוסות יין קטנות שלא מתאימות ליין מאוד איכותי שהבאתי איתי. נוסף על כך אני עוכבתי בצ'ק אין כשבדקו את כרטיס האשראי שלי בגלל טעות מחשב לא אהבתי שלא היה צ'ק אין בתוך שיזן ושהייתי צריך לחזור על עקבותי לצ'ק אין הראשי. בקיצור הרגשתי שהגעתי למלון הארחה של קיבוץ או משהו דומה ולא למלון איכותי
