Sky Hostel

Perfect location and easy to find. Excellent place to spend your evening after a day in Tel Aviv. I slept well here, the room was very clean and tidy. The hostel has an excellent atmosphere, really easy to meet people and make friends. The staff is just amazing, very nice and helpful. Just a few blocks from the beach. I will stay here again.

I stayed at Sky hostel for 1 night.The reception staff was great. They went out of their way to make sure I felt at home and remember who I was by name. The location is perfect. It's next to the beach, with shops and public transport right around the corner. I will stay here again the next time I visit Tel-Aviv.

Great location on Ben Yehuda st. A few blocks to the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Fairly clean for a dorm hostel. The 8 people dorm room was large enough not to feel claustrophobic with big windows.

The guys at the Reception are cool and really helpful.

The hostel does need some serious refreshment. But for a stay overnight it is fair enough

Staff were helpful and willing to answer many questions. Dorm room was good value for money, and very clean and comfortable. Good location, would stay again

The linens were gross, didnt see to be lundered. Dilapidated, very noisy, the water from the shower soaked the floor and there was nothing available to soak it up. Though we had paid for a couple of nights we left after one night due to the reasons above.

Cold and dirty rooms. We were froozing on the nigthts. Blankets were old and aweful. It was cockroach in our room. It was terrible.

The price is good, the staff is very friendly and helpfully. The location is good, the bus station is at the door, the beach is at 5 minutes walk.

Small bathroom, without soap... High noise level from the street, for me was a problem to sleep well...

No bomb shelter...just joking!The free city map was practically unreadable but you know what they say about a free lunch..there is no such thing.

I got to know a few of the front desk workers and they were extremely helpful.

I ended up having to extend my stay in the hostel and they had to keep moving me from room to room. Not really their fault.

Close to the beach and the city market, cheap room.

Dirty, especially last floor. Uncomfortable - 4 floors have no elevator and narrow skyway.

Good madrases and nice clean sheets and pillows. A helpful staff.

The shared bathrooms and toilets were not very clean or nice. The rooms towards the street are very noisy.

Price, stuff

It's the most awful hostel which I have visited. The only good thing is the distance to sea. And don't believe to the images!!!!! It's fake! I will upload real images.

Everything is bad in this hostel. It was single room number 15. The room was dirty, the sheets are very old and not clean, the shower is shared with toilet and it's very small and old. The view from window is on trash. There is no conditioner and it has only fan in the room. The room climate is very hot! The staff always make problems to guests and don't give enter them to room. It's very stupid if I have paid such big money for this ugly place. Pay attention, the pictures are fake. That's not what you will receive. I will try upload real images.

The location was great: really close to the beach. The people who work at Sky are very nice and cooperative. Our room was nice and spacious.

Our bathroom was smelly when we arrived and couldn't be solved. The good thing is we were given a different room after three nights. The sink and the showerhead were leaking. We had a room at the side of the street which was very noisy. A lot of buses and busy traffic.

The staff was really polite. They remembered us by names and always asked if everything is ok. The hostel has a really short distance to the beach and it has a store right next where is all the needed beverages. Yellow cab number 4 takes you from front of hostel to the central bus station in an instant. And it is cheap! There wasn't that many bugs so it was an extra plus. Toilets are clean. It was nice to meet new people through Sky Hostel.

The rooms were hot. The airconditioning was really bad. Rooms are moist. The bed sheets are not changed well enough during quick changes of customers. When you check in you get a bed sheet in your hand, but we were still wanting the pillow sheet changed. The shower was flooding and the bathroom was completely wet.

Location, price amd attention to security Znd enforcement of rules. For ghosts who do not shower or smoke in the rooms they should be expelled. I would suggest mentioning this when people check in. It makes a huge difference during my stay. Honestly if these tiles where not followed I would not stay here.

Not informing people of the rules. Some need to be reminded respecting others is important.
