I liked everything. The meals, the room, the spa.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that my stay was too short.
Food Swimming pool Checking out time on Saturday 5pm
Only Russian speaking crew
staff are rude and uncooperative... re providing beach towels and English newspapers etc. The restaurant for spa club was closed therefore we were combined with oasis restaurant.. the staff were exceptionally rude and the manager refused to turn on the airconditioning
Hotel has excellent Spa with all the possible services. Dinner was good and there were a lot of variety of the food. I recommend this hotel to older people and to families. As a solo travel I also enjoyed very much.
Great quick and easy access to the Dead Sea
Awkward opening times, breakfast not available until 8 o'clock and almost no staff spoke English.
Pleasant staff and services. Room quite well appointed, with robes, etc. Location good, with private beach. Nice pool, too. Tea room was a positive touch.
Restaurant/Dining room somewhat under-dimensioned - gets crowded at breakfast and dinner. Room a little musty - maybe poor air conditioning, or perhaps showing its age. Ein Bokek as a whole was rather soulless: high-rise hotels and nothing else. Not the sort of place you'd want to stay very long.
the proximity to the private beach
we paid $ 285 for one night and the bath was completely dirty, the carpet old and stained, so they changed the room, but the second had the same problems. After 1 hour we were moved to a newer facility nearby but lower class ...
Wi-Fi password for only one day
This hotel was dirty and the woman who checked us in was rude. The dinner was below average, I couldn't wait to leave. Never stay here.
Great SPA till 22:00, breakfast and dinner are best, a lot of parking
prices are high
Really poor service, no real concept of service which goes against the spa's whole ethos of relaxation. Very disappointing.
I really liked having everything covered in the cost. It was a little more benefit than I expected.
Staff in the spa area were less than stellar. We gave up trying to get a question answered when two staffers dealt with one customer for over ten minutes without acknowledging our presence right next to them.
Swimming pool area
Lots of unresponsive Russian Guests. Other guests using mobile phones when they should not have done. No bar service in the lounge area
Everything was great! The room was big n had a gorgeous view to the Dead Sea and the food was great too! I really had a great experience
Location very nice
Wi-fi, room arrangement
extremely friendly staff, very nice and relaxing hotel. nice spa and outdoor pool. they have cute shuttle (golf car) to drive you to the beach and back, although its just across the hotel. good massage. breakfast is excellent
dry sauna doesn't seem healthy at all, wood is pealing off and part of the floor is not covered with wood, there is no essential oil either - not recommended. food(we had breakfast and dinner) breakfast was lovely dinner wasnt.
We were very impressed with the reception we received from nuriel he was not only extremely efficient but very professional. We can't praise him highly enough.
Every thing was ok
Lots of amenities, access to the dead sea, tea bar.
Staff were not overly enthusiastic, gracious, or inviting (except for Nuriell - he is great-he should be running the place). They did not speak English well at all and seemed indifferent and non-caring about their jobs.
Nice layout of hotel
Restaurant closed too early 8.30pm plus no choice of restaurants just buffet
The value for the money was fair and reasonable and the restuarant offering was good.
Not a 4 star hotel...2.5 at the most.Food and facilities were adequate but not startling. The staff would rate as being friendly but were poorly trained and clearly lazy. The housekeeping was ordinary as our room 's safe was inoperative and one of the globes was non functioning. Also the bed was not properly made in the morning nor was the bathroom properly cleaned. I would suspect that like most of the Dead Sea hotels this could do with a refurbishment and some real staff training in order to reach a 4 star rating.
La mer morte en fâce de l' hôtel.
- when we arrived for the check-in the receptionist send us ( after waiting for 20 minutes) to the reception of the Spa club as she could not do our check-in from the Oasis reception - when we went to the reception of Spa club, the desk was empty but full of people waiting. The person in charge of the towels was nice but he neither did not know where the receptionist was. - after more than half hour waiting for someone to show up we returned to the reception of Oasis. suddenly the new receptionist appeared and confirmed that of course the check in can be done here . Her colleague who told us at the beginning that it was not possible did finally our check in.And last but not least, we appreciate that your Hotel had a bar where we could enjoy some refreshment and coffees since you have a nice and enormous coffee machine, we did'nt saw any bar tender or waiter during our stay, so nobody to serve us. At several time we asked for a drink or a coffee but there was nobody who could be able to fullfill our desire. Same think happend during the evening diner: except some water on the table and the wine card (not everybody drink wine) nothing else was proposed. Quite a pitty. - when we wanted to go the to swimming pool to calm down from the hours of back and forward to get checked -in, it seemed that there was not enough chairs at the pool.which of course made it for us impossible to enjoy the swimming pool by standing. Once again we went to the reception, where another kind lady understood our disappointment and called someone to bring two chairs for us. Unfortunately, the time to go from reception to the swimming pool, the the chairs for us where taken. The person in charge of the swimming pool confirmed us that he just brought the extra chairs, but someone already took them....and that we needed to wait till someone leaves. After a while waiting standing up and finding chairs by ourselves, we noticed that almost all the chairs are broken ( at the back).
The food terrible staff in the resto not the value of a 4 star
location, view. property
lounge was unkept, untidy, lack of attention to tea bar - no water, very dirty
Adults only. Excellent spa with Turkish Hammam, all included in the room charge. Half Board included, and the selection and quality of food is excellent. Buffet breakfast (hot and cold food) available any time from 8am to 12 noon.
The solarium is too small, many sunbeds are broken, and it is generally in a poor state of repair and cleanliness. Booking.com website says wi-fi is $10 per 24 hours, so I didn't take my laptop. When I asked at reception, I was told that wi-fi is now free. Booking.com site needs updating.
We have stayed at this hotel many times the rooms are lovely & big & has great facilities. Spa club is adults only the family part is in the adjacent hotel (Oasis) which shares the outdoor pool but no ball games are allowed so you can actually swim in the pool. There is a lovely complimentary tea bar/area. Food is excellent great variety at both breakfast & dinner.
I feel there has been a few cut backs at this hotel from when we first began to stay(but still will return). The gym could do with upgrading, the machines need to be maintained & cleaned. Also the shop has gone so you have to go next door to the Daniel hotel. Although the spa treatments are very good (such as massages & facials) they are very expensive & this time we felt the price had increased too much to have purchase them.
