The neighborhood is a bit noisy with bars open until morning hours very close to the hotel. On Saturday evening, I could hear the music distinctly from the room, but luckily our room was located on the opposite side to the bar/ disco, so I could fall asleep.
1. Location: very close to Carmel Market (5 min walk), very close to bus stations (2 min) connected to central bus station and train station, short distance from the beach;
2. The receptionists were very helpful sharing valuable information regarding not only orientation in Tel Aviv but also information about our destinations (Jerusalem, Dead Sea, etc,) - buses, how to get there on Shabbat, when open.
3. The room was cleaned every day.
4. Free access to coffee and brownies at any hour is a plus, especially when leaving on trips at early hours when shops are not yet open.
Overall, very good location to explore Tel Aviv.
