Location. And only one of your staff! A particular staff was very annoyed with customers. Not so value for money. Did not send me back my deposit yet, it's been 3 days already !!

Room is great. Window waits to be cleansed from outside. Receptionist refused to take payment in us$ -- first time in Israel! Staff was polite, but somewhat tired (maybe feel being underpaid). Hot water is limited, so you can switch it on for a period of time only twice during your visit: before and after midnight.

we loved the location to be right in the middle of the vibrant Tel Aviv City and the wonderful board walk along the shores of Tel Aviv and its great coffee places on the beach. Parking your car near the Home Apartments is nearly impossible and this is true for most of Tel Aviv. So use the wonderful bus and Sherut services which bring you safely to any destination you wish.

Great location very close to nice beaches. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was quite old, not renewed for several years, so was the bathroom, but we saw that they are modernising other rooms (especially the room next door was during renovation, so there was some noise because of that). The window was very dirty. A lot of noise outside the window (traffic), but of course you can shut it and use ac instead.

The whole mattress on the bed (not two parts as in many hotels in Israel) -Unclean room (finger wrote on the layer of dust). -Everything things are very used, dirty, broken.Condition of rooms are not seen in the photo. -Mold in the bathroom -Damage and dirt on furniture -The window between the toilet and the bathroom. You can see what's going on in the toilet. -Traces of cockroaches. -Everywhere smells like chlorine. -No cafes nearby. -Doubtful seaview from window (the windows is dirty).

This hotel is very near to the beach, perfect to stay if you want a place near both the beach and downtown. American Embassy and postoffice are just in five minutes walk distence. It takes about twenty minutes to half an hour to walk to the old city,if the weather is good it would be a pleasent thing to walk along the beach all the way to the old city. The rooms are small, it would be a little bit noisy at night, but the price is fair. Staffs are very nice.

The Location was good. Close to the Mediterranean Sea and shopping. We were traveling with 2 other couples. The first night 2 of couples had no hot water and the 2nd day we had no hot water. Nothing like a COLD shower! We were told to set the timer to 15 minutes to wait for hot water.....what a waste of water in a country that is has such a water shortage! Not only did we waste 15 minutes of water, but we had no hot water! There was no breakfast offered, we had to hunt for breakfast!

The reseptionist was very kind and told us how we could get other city elaboratly. The bathroom was very tiny and uncomfortable, the air conditioning is suitable on opposite the bed and blows direct for slipers. We caught a cold in the morning.

It was very clean and ideal location for the beach. There is 24 hour reception, so no problem with access. The room was a bit small but cannot really complain.
