Breakfast was excellent. Some of the staff were very friendly and excellent. Others were not too friendly.

Our room was too small for the price.

They allowed me to check in before normal check in time. Since I had been traveling continuously for over 30 hours, I appreciated that very much.

Nothing to add.

Although rather basic it is a pleasant family hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. The associated restaurant nerxt door is also rather basic but provides a perfectly acceptable and ample buffet breakfast.

There was nothing I did not like.

We had a basement room, yes really! It was small and needed upgrading. Bathroom was tiny and in poor shape. Could barely have a shower it was so small.

Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Good options for breakfast in quiet setting. Nice pretty neighborhood close to public transportation.

Very friendly & personable staff; they remembered me from my last visit; took a personal interest; availability of computer & free web access; shower was nicer than expensive hotel I was in; conveniently located for my needs; loved the variety of tv & radio stations available

Lighting was a little dim; computer screen was a little too low & gave me a pain in the neck

Comfortable, clean, safe hotel with very friendly and helpful staff located in classic Jerusalem neighborhood. Easy access to bus to get around city and good breakfast to start the day. I was very happy with my stay.

The location, the staff, the services, the cleaniness. We enjoyed the vouchers for the breakfast. Someone at the desk 24 hours. We would stay there again and recommend this place to our friends. Also, they provided for Shomer Shabbat coffee and water.

The hotel itself was very noisy. Children running up and down the halls at all hours. There was crying that could be heard several rooms away and doors slamming. Also my room had two room fresheners that were meant to cover smells and they were strong for a small room. I understand that the recent weather may have made things wet but the scents were over powering. Also as a non smoking hotel to have hotel employees stand just outside the door smoking defeats the purpose.

Front desk staff were outstanding -- helped us with many aspects of our stay. Full breakfast included was very high quality.

The weather was a little cool and the room was too. Nothing that an additional blanket did not remedy!

Staff very pleasant. Breakfast garden very nice. Beth lehem (restaurants ...) and Emek refaim are very near Baka is a very lovely place, in an exceptionnel city.

Staff is the friendliest ever and beyond amazing!!! Breakfast is awesome a great value - full Israeli bkfst not just toast and coffee

Facilities a bit dated but more than I expected for the price point. Also my room was on lower level and at times a bit loud early early morning.
