2) They did not change the sheets for 4 days until we requested it. When we asked for it, they said that they did change them.
3) The workers knocked on our door twice early in the morning (once at 7:45am and once at 8:15am) and woke us up for no reason.
4) The location of the hotel is not like it is introduced in the pictures on the website. It is not a sea view property.
5) The rooms require maintenance. When we arrived, our balcony door was not working, and the water in the bathtub was not going through.
6) The most important - they have only one iron for the whole hotel somewhere downstairs, which is busy all the time, and you need to request it for a limited time.
7) We chose this hotel because it had a name "Savoy", which we know to be excellent as we stayed at the Savoy in LA. However, we were informed by the management during our stay that this "Savoy" is not a real one and does not belong to the Savoy chain, but nevertheless they used this name to attract the tourists.
