It is modern and comfortable hotel with all amenities for a great beach vacation. The big city attractions are also conveniently located in walking distance. I find it a rare combination! The staff is friendly and really helpful, including setting up the trips in and out of the city.

I could not figure out how to set the temperature on the air conditioning system. It was comfortable, but seems to be off when we were not in the room - a bit humid when you first enter. But it works find once you are in. May be it's on motion sensor or something.

Very close to the sea front the hotel was small enough to feel personal and relaxing. The reception staff were very welcoming. The room was a reasonable size and we had a small balcony. We thought for Tel Aviv the hotel was quite good value and it seemed popular with travelling couples as well as businessmen. We took the bicycles, which are free for guests to hire, on a most enjoyable ride along the promenade to Jaffa.

Bathroom is quite small.

Terrible view from room -had asked for sea facing if possible, this was probably the worst view they could have given me, had to keep the curtains closed. Airconditioner- did not regulate well

Nice, rather quiet hotel near the seaside and beach areas. Some buildings under construction nearby but not disturbance to mention. Superior room is rather small, but enough for 2 persons.Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect cleanliness. Nice seaside Promenade for a walk to Jaffa. I would choose this hotel once again!

Friendly well informed staff. Good location steps from the beach. Complimentary bicycle was nice - great bike path that runs along the coast. Mediterranean breakfast had lots of choices and presentation was well executed.

The location close to the beach was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Free internet service without hassle was a huge bonus. Most hotels of this price range have the audacity to charge extra for service. Also the internet service was fast. The coffee machine provided excellent coffee.

Water in the room would be a courtesy considering the tap water in Tel Aviv tastes like pure chlorine. There was a urine odour in the bathroom. Needless to say this was offensive. When booking one gets a sense that you'll have a view of the beach and sea. Not so. The scenery was the wall of the next building, actually pretty much straight into the opposing suite. Privacy is an issue. The balcony wasn't big enough for a big toe. Seriously. Other than providing an opportunity to open the patio door for fresh air into the room, to call them balconies is a major stretch. For a boutique hotel I expected a better Israeli breakfast similar to the amazing breakfasts served at the Harmony Hotel in Jerusalem. And why in Israel is sugar added to fruit juice. Orange juice should be served freshly squeezed as oranges are not in short supply in Israel and if I should choose, which I would not, to add sugar, I could certainly decide to do so on my own. Also, having to pay before I've even brought my bags to the room is a bit odd. I haven't stayed in a hotel where pre-payment was required. This left a bitter taste in my mouth and would probably lead me to avoid staying here on future trips to Tel Aviv.

The staff changes constantly, but everyone is friendly and well trained. The rooms are well decorated and not small for a "small" hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

No alcohol is sold at the hotel.

Excellent location - to the beach just 50 meters, to suk Carmel 15 minutes, to Tahanat - 20 minutes - all walking. Good Israeli breakfast, good wi-fi in the rooms, clean room and supportive staff.

&Quot;budget" rooms are really small and facing the walls of the surrounding buildings. Price even for the "budget" room in European understanding is really overpriced.

A misunderstanding about laundry service.

Clean, modern and comfy. Breakfast was nice. They had coffee and snacks out all day, quite welcome!

Very nice, home-like hotel. It was our second stay in it. Delicious breakfasts, courteous staff. Highly recommend!

- The location on the sea front - The breakfast (hearty and varied)

- Our room was on the 8th floor and because of the noise made by the air conditioning system of the hotel in front of ours located on its roof, the glass window couldn't stay open too long. It was like that all night long. - The view on the sea was a bit hampered by the others hotels.
