Slight confusion on checking in
1. good service as i said. 2. very clean. 3. the facilities are highly maintain 4. the food is very good
Zeva Mashiach was professional and completely helpful in helping me and my friend find the best car rental rate, taking her time to call several companies and gathering the necessary information for us. The dining hostesses, especially Keren, were always pleasant and friendly. The lobby was always very clean, smelled fresh and was a calm place to wait for my daily rides into town. The housekeeping manager was always connected with her staff, and worked alongside them at times. Staff was responsive with my requests. Location of the hotel was a comfortable distance from the noise and traffic of the town, yet a pleasant walk to the square, and very conveniently (less than a 1 minute walk) near a strip shopping with restaurants, a salon, boutique clothing stores, a market to purchase groceries, toiletries, wine, snacks, etc.,. Next to an art gallery where they have free concerts (opera, classical). Town square has an amphitheater beachside, elevator for quick access to beach, and lots of shops & restaurants. Promenade, which runs parallel to the beach, has playgrounds for children, grassy areas with benches, a wide sidewalk for runners, walkers, strollers, skateboarders, etc. An ideal place to vacation short term and long term (some rooms are spacious oceanfront suites with a separate dining/living area and balcony).
The doormen could be a bit more helpful in suggesting places to go around town, and being more proficient in English so that they are seen as part of the customer service/hospitality team. Gym seemed to be underused and not kept up very well or cleaned often.
The quick response of staff to a problem we had, very reassuring. The breakfast. The elegant lobby.
Rooms were comfortable
Poor command of English.
The staff was very welcoming, obliging and helpful. We were looked after very we'll.
hotel is little tired
Not a Lot
The 3* Service
Central location Large rooms
Hotel is rather tired and could do with major refurbishment No restaurant available only room service Expensive
Received an upgrade to a suite on the 15th floor - they said they gave us this upgrade because we booked through booking.com. Magnificent suite – very large and spacious, offering views of the coastline to the north and south. Prominent position of the hotel high above the cliffs of the beach + walking distance to the city square, where all the action in the town seems to take place. Breakfast offered a good selection of foods. Staff were helpful with every request we had. Luxurious and thoroughly enjoyable break.
This is a classic hotel, and decorated accordingly – so if you're looking for a cutting-edge, modern hotel, this is not the place for you. Hotel is in need of some renovations. For example, the water pressure in the Jacuzzi was insufficient for use, there was a lot a noise from one of the toilets in the suite, and more attention should be paid to cleanliness in some places.
все было замечательно. место, еда. очень вежливый персонал. Особенно Кристина, всегда готова была прийти на помощь. мы провели замечательный отпуск. Everything was fine – the place, food, staff. Especially we liked at Kristina on the reception – always smiling, ready to help. We spent 4 wonderful days. After check out we had opportunity to use all facilities during all the day.
Nice, clean facilities; great location (short walk to beach and Netanya city center); the south-facing view from a 16th floor balcony was second-to-none.
General condition of facilities (carpets, furniture, bathroom) seemed a little outdated and worn. One evening late in the trip, there was an A/C condenser leak and no one was available to fix it, so I had to switch rooms... I was first sent to an occupied room, then to a room that hadn't been cleaned, and finally (third time's the charm) to clean, unoccupied room. This frustrating process took over an hour and six trips to and from the front desk at 11p.
Reception, lounge, swimming pool, location.
Internet in the room is very weak, the bathroom a bid "old fashion", poor breakfast.
location, room and staff
breakfast was okay but not as good as other Israeli hotels of the same standard.
The manager was very helpful and attentive when we had a problem with the Wifi
The food was rather dull
The politeness and efficiency of reception and dining room staff and the prompt and thorough cleaning of the bedroom.
There not enough loungers around the swimming pool and those that there are are rickety and scruffy. The pool itself is clean and well kept.
The location was good- close to the main square, excellent beach view from our room, the food was very good and the room very spacious- we were there for a family gathering, so we may have been upgraded in type of room-- nice bath products too-
a/c was a bit noisy, but it worked well
Location is good, rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is friendly and fast to help.
Very poor breakfast. Wi-Fi is working poorly in farther corners of suits. I saw a live cockroach in the room. King size bed was eventually two beds adjusted together with a 5 cm space between matrasses, with two small blankets.
Quality of service. Room. Breakfast. Parking. Specially got hold of some sugarfree biscuits for someone diabetic in our party - very nice touch!
I loved the location and the comfort. Breakfast was very good. A bit overpriced during the off season (winter)
The view from the room was nice, and the location was alright for my purpose.
Outdated hotel which seems to make money from bus-loads of American tourists raiding the hotel. Breakfast is a joke, dinner was to the point of disgusting. I travel a lot for business and almost never complain, but this was not worth more then maybe hostel-level. Quite disappointed.
Very nice facility. Very much enjoyed the breakfast, and kind staff that brought up our crib right after we asked for it. Great location as well, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants.
Internet went very slowly in the rooms. Also, we tried to order room service at 9:30 PM and they were closed even though it advertised until 10:45 PM and did not say that was subject to season.
The amazing woman working at the front desk by the name of Essie! A real asset for the hotel and I hope they are aware of it!!!
The not amazing people "working" at the bar.
Good Value for the price and beautiful ocean views. 5 star by 1980 standards but clean. It's an amazing property. If they update the rooms the price will be triple so in my opinion it's a great place to stay. Value for money!
