The loud music blasting from the pool at mid day. Each day, they have activities at the pool around mid day, but for some god-forsaken reason, then insist on accompanying it with music so loud that it disrupts the entire hotel for nearly two hours. It made it very hard for me to put my children to rest mid day (and I was on the 10th floor. I couldn't imagine how terrible it was for people on lower floors.) My wife was at the spa one day and as soon as the music started the workers immediately apologized because the know how terrible it was. The pool area is relatively small, so I don't know why they couldn't have music at a normal volume.
Also, no ramp at the entrance which is a pain for people who are coming in with strollers and wheelchairs.
Finally, the railing on the porch is pretty short and had a 1-8 inch gap on the bottom, which means that I couldn't allow my children to use it at all.
Easily the nicest hotel I ever stayed at in Netanya. Room was very clean. Great location, close but not too close to the city square (which has huge screens, sprinkler fountain for kids to play in and restaurants). Nice pool and surrounding area. Great facilities. Staff is very helpful (for example, I have small children who sleep mid day and asked the hotel to fix up the room earlier, which they did with no problem). Breakfast was great.
