A decent hotel in teh very nice district of Haifa. Good, clean, nice views from the 10th floor. Wifi, etc. no major remarks. rooms tiny but comfortable. The aircon was noisy but there came immediately the service man and upon my request turned it off and fixed. Door poorly isolated and you can hear the noisy neighbours on the corridor sometimes.

This hotel is conveniently located in the commercial city centre and reasonably priced. Very good Israely-style breakfast with a variety of food. Staff is welcoming, friendly and useful. Excellent access to public transportation and shopping. Free wifi throughout the hotel. Lobby is nice, but the rest of the hotel (rooms, elevators, hallways) feels a bit cheap, but proportionate with the relatively low rates. Bathroom was very small and not very well designed. There is perpetual construction on the street, and especially at night the noise is a nuisance.

Nice and clean hotel quite in the centre of Haifa, all things in walking distance. Even to the German Colony you can walk in about 20 minutes. Service-minded and helpful staff, good breakfast. Nice view to the bay (if you are lucky, minor skyscraper with 17 or 18 floors. Can not say any negative thing about it.

Very nice renovated room. Views were stunning. Breakfast was also very good. Walking distance (approx 20-25 mins) to Baha'i Gardens. It took us ages to find the place and then to find parking. Hotel parking (which cost 5$) stank really badly.

a lovely boutique type hotel, library of books on ev ery floor, lots of pictures and sculptures (of nudes mostly) Very designer type hotel on 11th to 17th floor, very nice clean bedrooms with great views of Haifa, the port and mount carmel. Extensive breakfast with eggs cooked to order. The Hadar district is a bit seedy and the hotel is located up 2 flights of concrete stairs.a bit of a trek with the suitcases! Once we checked in, we found we could get to street level by pressing -1 in the lift so it was easier to leave with our suitcases and get a taxi to Ha Shamona Railway where we took a direct train to Ben Gurion Airport,

Not many things to like about this hotel. Location probably but still its not center of the city. Staff is nice. They gave me room and when we entered to the room someone was living there. Other room that they gave us was dirty. Elevator is so slow. You can wait for 5-10 minutes for elevatore. The parking is in the basement with the garbage.

We really enjoyed our 11 day stay at the Theodor Hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast and it was so nice that the hotel would pack us a breakfast to go if we need to leave before breakfast was served- you have to request a to go breakfast the night before if you need it before the breakfast area is open. We loved every minute in Haifa thanks to this hotel. The construction on the street- but it is no fault of the hotel.

It looks like an office building from the outside, but the views are great from the top floors. If you cannot afford a hotel on the Carmel, this is an option. The rooms are modern and tidy. The breakfast is ok, although nothing to write home about. The staff seems tired and doesn't really know much about basic things like parking in the area. The Hadar district is really run-down, and abandoned in the evenings.

The staff here were friendly and helpful. The hotel was not expensive and is very easy to find (it is a huge tower in the center of the Hadar area. The Hotel looked like it was an unfinished building project (it seems to be in the process of being refurbished). There are major road works on going outside the hotel and there was a lot of noise as a result. The Hadar region would not be the cleanest or prettiest of areas in Haifa, very much a downtown city shopping area. The walk to the Baha'i gardens is quite long and probable advisable to take the bus (route 115).

the hotel is very good, well-located, good food, beautiful arranging on the inside. Staff is friendly and kind. I strongly recommend this establishment to both tourists and backpackers. While outside the hotel was a small railway construction, this was not effective during the night time.
