View from room
Rooms were run down, bed was uncomfortable and they charged us an outrageous $30 for a terrible breakfast.
We had no wi fi in our room. The sheets on the bed were too small and made sleeping uncomfortable. The breakfast was very poor.
We liked everything. The view, staff, service, reception was friendly and helpful. But the entryway art is just not kosher and must go.

Good clean bedroom.Comfortable bed.Plenty hot water. Good views of Haifa from bedroom. Relaxing lounge area. Helpful Reception staff.
The view. The location is good for shopping. Breakfast is good.
The service in the resturant.
Everything was perfect! Nice, very clean, very quiet, great location. Special thanks to the friendly helpful staff
no reason to complain
The desk managers were amazing in the way they were helpful to 2 Americans who wanted to be tourists in Haifa and Akko. Their patience and their kindness were greatly appreciated by my daughter and me.
Breakfast was nice. Many options yet average tasty.
Staff was professional and courteous. Nice rooms. Great breakfast.
The parking garage was hard to park vans in.
Staff were nice room was nice
Shower head holder was loose on wall and handle on one of drawers was falling off just little things that's all
views over the city fine nice large windows room good Wi-Fi connection
elevators poor and slow too much groups of retired people
requested double bed and didn't receive one.
Uncomfortably cold room, very poor breakfast. For the charge they offer you expect better room with quality bed linen and nice breakfast. Instead you receive bed linen of poor quality, short douvet and horrible pillows. In the morning you are finally disappointed with the poor quality breakfast! Would not stay there second time.
Lovely place with books and pictures. Seems to be the only tall building in the area so the view is quite panorama.
The windows is not clean on the outside which blocks some of the view
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. And with Good english, which made the process for me who does speak hebrew so pleasant. Great location, a short drive to the german colony, which has great restaurants Short drive to all tourist spots
would be great of they had adjustable shower heads, and hair dryers for the women. All else excellent
Very friendly staff. Original room shown was too small but another was made available
Needs a better breakfast and juice instead of that cordial stuff.
breakfast was good. range of dishes was good. stuff was polite and helpful.
there is no fridge in the room. cockroaches. very little tv channels. shower was broken.
Very nice view from the window. Excellent price.
Location and Price
limited choice for breakfast. inconsistant necessities in the bathroom. Not a 4 star hotel
the elevatosrs had a problem.
Hotel is in a good location - Bahai gardens and German colony may be reached in 15 min by foot. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast meals are of a good quality althouth the range could be better (no meat in any form was offerred). There no realitically accesible free parking around, but there is an undergrounfd parking for 20 ILS a day. Room was clean with fantastic view.
Noice in the room from ventilators which were impossible to swith-off. However is was not as loud to prevent you from having a good sleep in a comfortable bed
The period atmosphere they tried to create.
Rather difficult access with a car. Breakfast room a little bleak.
The receptionist was extremely kind and professional. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
The bath tub in one room was very dangerous (nearly ended in injury). The shower in the other room - the water flooded over the floor. The rooms we received did not match the room we saw on the site (family suite - no such thing in the hotel - two rooms with connecting door)
I loved the staff. The front desk persons; Farhan and Nir spoke English fluently and were a great help for all the questions we had. The hotel was in a great location in the town and was right on a bus route. There were a multitude of stores nearby for shopping for fruit, candy, sodas, wine and beer. We stayed in room 1701 and the view of downtown and the port was amazing both day and night. They have 3 elevators in the hotel so you don't have to worry about walking up to the higher floors. There is a small safe in the room which you can program. We bought breakfast with the room and it was a great decision. Breakfast on the Sabbath (Sat. Here) had different type pastries including my favorite with a potato stuffing. The other days breakfast consisted of easy over eggs in a large pan, boiled eggs and two different types of quiche like mixtures. They have about 8 inch French bread rolls daily and some brown breads also. Bread, butter and 1 jam also available. My favorite part was the bowls of different types of cheeses they served daily. I got to try soft cheeses to hard cheeses daily. The soft cheeses tasted great spread on the French rolls. Coffee and orange juice were also served daily. The breakfast is served buffet style so you can eat and drink until you fill up. My husband has a difficult time trying new foods so he would eat a large breakfast daily. I like my coffee so I had 3 cups to start off each day. Hot water is also provided so you can bring your own tea bags if you wish. Saturday had lots of families renting the party rooms downstairs and I was fascinated by the families there. The hotel was extremely clean & quiet in my room. Wi-Fi worked perfectly each day from my room. You do need a conversion plug for your electronics to recharge in the room. There is a tiny parking garage attached to the hotel in case you have a car rental. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
Security wise I wish they had second lock on the room door. The towels were always clean and smelling wonderful but are beginning to be a little frayed.
1- Staff. Very helpful. 2- Accommodations. 3- Room size.
1- The room does not have a fridge. A luxurious room without it. Strange. 2- The city map, they had just in russian and hebrew.
