In genreale è confortevole, la piscina è na risorsa utile. Nel prezzo è inclusa anche la cena, cosa da non sottovalutare perchè Ein Bokek è un'oasi nel mezzo del nulla!!!

Il buffet della colazione è buono, quello della cena un pò meno. è a qualche passo dal mare e quindi bisogna usare la navetta, ma si può tranquillamente andare a piedi. L'arredo delle camere, soprattutto del bagno è vecchiotto ma ancora in buone condizioni.

Ha bisogno di un restauro.

Food was horrible. No variety of dishes. The cooked food was seasoned only with extremely large amount of black pepper. The salads were seasoned with mayonnaise or just vegetables with no seasonings available. The hotel has three peacock as pets. These lovely birds screamed all night from their cages making impossible to sleep. The staff was unable or unwilling to help with absolutely anything. No changing rooms, no maps of the city available, no recommendations on where to go or what to do. And they charged us more of what agreed on the reservation.

It is an old hotel. Quality of dinner is barely sufficient. Tv is analogue. There is no hair drier in the room. We did not use the air conditioning system, but it seems quite basic.

standard was not good, and no process for adding extras to your room bill.

All good ,clean, good food ( breakfast and dinner),spring water for free, shuttle to beach

Great location and close enough to the Dead Sea to go by foot or by the hotel shuttle service.

We were charged more at the hotel than displayed on booking.com. Plus the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Mr Idan at the Front Desk was helpful and was the only person who spoke English. Hence, he turned out to be our best experience at this hotel.

Most staff members did not speak English, hence making communication very difficult

נותנים מחיר אחד באתר ומחיר שונה במלון, צוות לא ממש מעוניין לעזור, המנקים צועקים במסדרון, ובבוקר העזיבה ממש גירשו אותי, בדפיקות חמש פעמים על הדלת בגלל 20 דקות איחור (מ-11 בבוקר !!! שזו שעה שערורייתית גם ככה). מלבד זאת הגישה עד למלון בעייתית והטווסים צווחים כל הזמן. שומר נפשו ירחק !

при поселении потребовали полную оплату, иначе на следующий день нас бы там не было!!! когда смотрите на "звёзды" отеля, как минимум убирайте 2,5!!! после оплаты номера клиента просто не замечают! все услуги нужно требовать, но и после этого не очень торопятся что-либо делать... до поздней ночи гремит музыка, заснуть невозможно.
