Very clean. Very friendly owners. Easy to find driving up from the Dead Sea. Very nice breakfast every day we were there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa 1000. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. The breakfast he prepared was excellent. His property is beautiful with huge geraniums and the view out the back while eating breakfast is great.

There was nothing wrong that we noted. Be sure to bring a good map as the property is on the edge of town.

We stayed in Villa 1000 beginning of April. The host was a very friendly lady. Our room was very clean and we had everything we needed: a good bed, a good working shower, clean towels and no noise during the night. From Arad we drove several times to the dead see. It will take you 30 mintues driving to get there and you can see camels, cool isn't it. We visited Masada, the Ein Gedi National Park and the public beach in Ein Gedi from Arad. All worth it.

Every morning you get the same breakfast: eggs a lot of eggs. In Arad self there are nog big things to do. You certainly need a car to get to nice places to visit from Arad.

Moshe and Racheli 's hospitality provides informative and relaxing atmosphere. We arrived for a nature & site seeing tour and really got what we were looking for. We planned to visit there again. Clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast consisted mainly of an omelet, with not much to eat for vegetarians that don't eat eggs.

This is a spectacular place to stay if you are visiting Masada and the Dead Sea. From here, you can drive 20 minutes to the west side of Masada and climb the western path. It does NOT take you to the snake path. I prefered this way, because there are fewer tourists. It's a 7 minute climb if you are in good shape -- the official version says 15 minutes.

Can hike right from the hotel. Very nice, clean rooms with views of the desert. Good breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly owner.

Moshe is a very friendly, polyglot host who provided us with good tips for our first trip to Israel. He is very attentive to his guests. Our room was simple, clean, small & quiet. Good value for money.

We wanted to stay near Masada and had a car so we were flexible with location. So the drive to Arad was ok with us, although it was further than we thought. Moshe, the host was very friendly and gave us good info. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

The location definitely requires a car. Print out the map before arriving as the villa is in a residential area.

Rooms are very clean and confortable. It has a really good ubications to take very fast the road to go to Masada. And the owners are so kindly that they make you feel as you were at home with Dad and Mom. We had a wonderful breakfast.

It was small, nice and pretty cosy. Nothing special, but just right for one night before visiting Masada.

It was a bit further away from the town centre. However it is not that important as there is nothing to do when you get there.

It's conveniently located to visit Masada and the Dead Sea. It is not as expensive as the hotels right at the Dead Sea and it's just half an hour away. The host was very kind.

Moshe was very welcoming and went out of his way to help. The location of the verandah overlooking the desert is wonderful. The facilities are basic, but very clean, comfortable and suitable for a budget trip.
