Score from 1068 reviews Wonderful
Location close to the central bus station, the train station and thus Ben Gourion airport, a pleasant commercial center Wifi connection is first class the Fitness center is 3 minutes walk inside the mall. It is open up to midnight and quite big
The bed was small Breakfast is copious but could be more tasty
This hote is located in the central city alittle bit far from beach and train station - 15-20 minutes walk-in. A shopping center is just next door, very easy to get stuff like fruit and bottle water. The American buffet breakfast is very nice an rich. Room is big, clean, quiet and comfortable. Different tour packages such as to Old City of Jerusalem, Dead sea and so on are available at the reception desk with reasonable price and pick-up/drop off.
not easy to reach from B.G. Airport
Loved the location, since we were there to go to the theatre at the Tel Aviv Opera House, and also appreciated being right next to a shopping mall. Breakfast and room service were fantastic for a vegetarian! Amazing shower, and very nice room all round, large enough for two friends to comfortably share for 10 days. Excellent Wi-Fi, which was very helpful. Appreciated the constantly available cold water downstairs.
Would have been helpful if the room service menu had mentioned that most of the items weren't available on Saturdays and clarified what was and wasn't available. Also, room service ending at 9pm was way too early in a country where the theatre only begins at 9pm!
The hotel is close to Savidor train station, which is really helpful is you arrive during the night. Do not worry about walking to the hotel, because it will take you only 10 minutes. The staff at the front desk are really, really helpful, professional and lovely. They suggested me the best trips to do when I was there. They even called me when I was still in Spain just to make sure about the time of my arrival. Breakfast is vey good, as well as the views from the restaurant and rooms. The area is secure. There are shops and a bike stand just in front of the hotel. You can hire a bike and go around the whole city.
I liked everything about his hotel, but if I had to tell something bad, I would say two things. The first one is that it is not very close to the beach, although it is near many other important places in Tel Aviv. Anyway, it will take you 15 minutes by bicycle to reach to the beach. My second "not so good" point is that the hotel is located near a hospital, so you will see some people there going to the doctor, which is not so funny when you are in the mood of holidays.
Very comfortable and clean
Size of room, good size bathroom with robe and slippers, quiet air conditioning, varied breakfast choice, friendly staff.
Was not allowed toput my own fruit or drinks in the fridge (there was not much room anyway).
Spacious room, no surrounding noise.
Just about everything, especially the wonderful bath/shower, and the peace and quiet.
The strong smell of cleaning fluids, creams, whatever.
The unsolicited upgraded room was a pleasant surprise, as the standard rooms are probably quite small. Breakfast was excellent, the breakfast room affording a spectacular Tel Aviv view. Desk and breakfast room staff were efficient and friendly.
There were no decaffeinated tea and coffee options in the bedroom when we arrived late at night, after hours for room service.
Need more variety for breakfast and business lounge. Rooms were small.
friendly atmosphere, professional staff, wonderful buffet
Upon arrival, they upgraded my room without my asking. When I had to leave early and cancel the rest of my reservation because of a family medical emergency, they were very accommodating.
For breakfast, it would be nice if there were an omelet station for something other than the scrambled eggs each morning.
