I liked everything about his hotel, but if I had to tell something bad, I would say two things.
The first one is that it is not very close to the beach, although it is near many other important places in Tel Aviv. Anyway, it will take you 15 minutes by bicycle to reach to the beach.
My second "not so good" point is that the hotel is located near a hospital, so you will see some people there going to the doctor, which is not so funny when you are in the mood of holidays.
The hotel is close to Savidor train station, which is really helpful is you arrive during the night. Do not worry about walking to the hotel, because it will take you only 10 minutes.
The staff at the front desk are really, really helpful, professional and lovely. They suggested me the best trips to do when I was there. They even called me when I was still in Spain just to make sure about the time of my arrival.
Breakfast is vey good, as well as the views from the restaurant and rooms.
The area is secure. There are shops and a bike stand just in front of the hotel. You can hire a bike and go around the whole city.
