Very classy, elegant. Great food and location.
Expensive, until 2015 the pool won't be open.
everything - this is a really top hotel
The rooms, service & food. Awesome . Will always stay there while in Jerusalem:)
Nothing- All was great
everything was very good
except that, although my booking was confirmed as a smoking room, they claimed that they didnot see it in advance. So I had to spend a lot of time in the balcony
Gorgeous facility. Professional staff. Delicious meals. Quiet room. Lovely view. Staff happy to quickly solve problems. Bell staff especially excellent.
Room was dusty, carpet stained. Key card for elevator is confusing especially when inviting a visitor to meet in room.
Decor, Service, breakfast, mattress,
Greate rooms,excellent beds good smell
Terrible staff,no spa,no pool, very badly served during dinner- we waited for 2.5 hours to get the food. We complaind but none of the staff did anything .
location design staff
refusal to allow us to take a picture in a lobby using tripod and a Nikon camera (though we are not professional photographers and a photo was meant to be a keep-see)
the comfort, the location
Excellent service, incredible design, great food, stunning and comfortable room. True leisure!
Spa and beauty salon not open yet.
Beautiful ,great location ,wonderful stuff
Unfortunately the hotel had not finish yet the spa facility and the swimming
New, fancy, good service, good location
Breakfast room is quite crowded and packed when the hotel is full
The hotel is very unique in it's original architecture , the restoration is outstanding !!!
The food quality is just ok It needs some changes Especially the Friday night dinner which I found very very expensive but does not match the quality . I was very disappointed .
Beautiful building design, service, food and car garage.
Georgeous hotel, amazing location, excellent restaurants. We loved every minute of it. They gave us a free upgrade when they saw that room might be a bit small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). Five star service.
The staff very kind and helpful, the breakfast very good
The price is very expensive
There was no signal on Booking com the swimming pool is not ready yet. For this price is not fair. I need some reduce
The hotel is beautiful
The service was unpleasant. Ranging from the front door security to the waitstaff in the dining room and restaurant. They are in need of extensive training to get the entire team up to the professional standard to which they hold themselves. Additionally, we had two holiday meals at the hotel and neither one was any good. We went to a hotel across the street for our Shabbat meals.
Staff were very nice. The room is amazing. Location and food are great!
The staff is just incredible! They just don't know the word "no" Jayson from personal services stands out in patricular.
The noice/chanting on the sabbath night makes it difficult to get to sleep.
We stayed here during the soft opening, the hotel was opened only 6 days before our arrival and on time for passover. The staff was great, the room was perfect, the breakfast was absolutely amazing even though due to shabbat and passover they had to take lots of items off the menu. The hotel is very close to the damascus gate. If you can splash a bit of cash why not??
the swimming pool was not open yet, however the hotel is on its soft opening stay.
