Park Plaza Orchid Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Park Plaza Orchid! Highly recommend! Definitely would return! We stayed in Executive suite in 16th floor, our room was spacious with contemporary design. Big bonus: free international calls and free internet. Overall, we loved it!

The rooms were lovely and very clean and sparkly. Beds were perfect. Service people were very helpful. I loved that the beach was right outside the door. Views are spectacular.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in front of the beach and in walk distance of a lot of places. The hotel has free internet and free long distance calls wich was very very helpful.

i reserve a room with sea view but what the hotel dont tell u that the view is side view so it isnt cool at all, i complaint to the hotel staff and was given a room who still has side sea view but it was a better view.

Stayed at the hotel on a business trip, and loved being able to have the beach at my doorstep in the evenings. Delicious breakfast, though quite expensive. View can't be beat though. Rooms were very nice, and free internet and international phone calling was a nice plus. Radio in room is good.

The shower flooded the bathroom a bit every time I used it, despite my best efforts. The air conditioning malfunctioned one evening while I was out, causing my room to be sweltering when I returned, but I was quickly able to fix it. Breakfast is pricey, but worth it.

Thw view from the swimming deck was lovely.

The staff could have been more friendly and smiled more. My room smelled so badly (damp / mouldy) when I arrived I had to ask to be moved to another room. The room was so small and for the amount I was paying I expected a better quality room with at least a balcony. Was thorougly disapointed with this hotel.

Noisy air conditioners and very small swimming pool

The hotel was pretty and well situated and the breakfast excellent.

Our room was tiny and there was very poor planning for putting clothes away. Very little shelving. The sliders to the balconey would not close completely and it seemed as thought the room had not been completely finished.

very comfortable mattrasses. Helpful receptionists, Excellent chamber maids.Very good breakfasts.

Your offer of free WI-FI and free long distance phones. You were able to recover most items we left in the room, when we checked out,

1)The refrigerator was smaller than expected and was not working properly. 2)When we made our reservation, we were led to believe that you offered Shabbos and Chag meals(at extra cost)but when we arrived, this was not the case.
