Stayed at the hotel on a business trip, and loved being able to have the beach at my doorstep in the evenings. Delicious breakfast, though quite expensive. View can't be beat though. Rooms were very nice, and free internet and international phone calling was a nice plus. Radio in room is good. The shower flooded the bathroom a bit every time I used it, despite my best efforts. The air conditioning malfunctioned one evening while I was out, causing my room to be sweltering when I returned, but I was quickly able to fix it. Breakfast is pricey, but worth it. |

Swimming was too small and not very appealing, needs to be revamped. Food very average. Gym and internet great. Staff very good! rooms good, tv awful, not enough channels and loosing connection and sound, it is very nice to relax in the room sometimes, there should be proper cable tv! |

Thw view from the swimming deck was lovely. The staff could have been more friendly and smiled more. My room smelled so badly (damp / mouldy) when I arrived I had to ask to be moved to another room. The room was so small and for the amount I was paying I expected a better quality room with at least a balcony. Was thorougly disapointed with this hotel. |

Excellent experience. Highly recommended. Staff outstanding. Reception upgraded us and cleaners did first class job every day. Everyone very helpful and understanding with our children. Exceeded expectations. Great location right across from seaside. Wonderful view. |

The hotel was pretty and well situated and the breakfast excellent. Our room was tiny and there was very poor planning for putting clothes away. Very little shelving. The sliders to the balconey would not close completely and it seemed as thought the room had not been completely finished. |

You were able to recover most items we left in the room, when we checked out, 1)The refrigerator was smaller than expected and was not working properly. 2)When we made our reservation, we were led to believe that you offered Shabbos and Chag meals(at extra cost)but when we arrived, this was not the case. |

Location is perfect. The hotel consists of two parts: a new and an old part. We booked a room from the new part with, but got it from the old part. The room and corridors were not clean and a bad smell comes from the washbasin. The room was very noicy. I cannot recommend to anyone. However, I do not know how the rooms in the new part look like, as we never got a room there. |

Nice people serving in the hotel. Swift assistance. Good choice for morning meal. Good location. Strong water preasure in the shawer. It consists of 2 buildings - sea front renovated one and other one = old 3-star quality 2,7m hight and with very small rooms. All deals are for the old building - so it is a bit cheating - you have pictures and impression of the new ones. Will not stay there again. For extra USD 50-70 you will get better quality elsewhere. |
