Expensive breakfast- find a cafe close-by.

The Staff and the rooms all have view of the beach and the service was great.

Smell sometimes in the hallways.

Cleaning of the room was bad. The price quality balance was not ok. Way to expensive in comparison with other hotels!! The room was to small. The lounge "extras" were very poor and in no relation with the price. In general the service was poor. When I asked for a specific invoice the answer was, this is the way it comes out.....

The only good thing about this hotel is location and high speed Wifi.

The hotel is totally not worth the money. The staff is not friendly. Breakfast is way too expensive for what it is. Housekeeping service is awful. I found a needle in one of the towels and they did not even do anything about it. Not even sorry. Parking smells of excrements and is 55 shekels a day ( fixed, even if you park just over night) Very small pool full of people. I will not go there again.

- extremely small room - lot of noise from outside at night (cars, disco, etc.) - humidity in bath - no airflow system - awful elevators - don't work properly - annoying cleaning staff - knock and boldly get into rooms at the morning when sleeping, don't pay attention to the sign "do not disturb"

The service was excellent and the staff is very helpful. Also location of the hotel is awesome

The staff the location the food the facilities everything was absolutely perfect I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The place in itself will definitely keep me going back !!!

I was third time in this hotel and in this time I like it more! First plus is a microwave in my room. The second is porridges on breakfast. And the third is the same friendly Russian-speaking staff. This time there were no problems with Wi-fi.

Business Centre - Free WiFi Free international telephone calls. Gym facilities

Generally become Shabby. Carpets in passages are dirty. Lifts on Business centre side are grubby as well as the lift exit points on each floor has not got any decoration at all, - it looks terrible. Staff service in Dining room as well as the lounge/bar has become poor. The housekeeping become poor. The mini bar fridge was very poorly stocked.

They advertised cable channel, but it was limited channel 28 working channel, and all 28 channel are all blurry bad tv reception, very unfriendly staff, rude security guard. We stayed in room 1119, with a filthy couch, not working bathtub, bad television and very small refrigerator, you can't even put 2 (1.5 litters ) of cola. Overall comfort, poor for the amount of money payed expecting a bit more. Advertised as a five star hotel, but feels like a 3 star.

Toilettes (metal) was like public toilettes.small rooms and was very very expensive. Breakfast was not included for that high rate

Great location for the beach, the room was small but adequate (for a single person on a short business stay but maybe too small for a long vacation) , comfortable bed, good shower, excellent WIFI in the room, didn't use the free international calls but seems like a nice extra. Staff were efficient. Overall a good mid range choice.

The extra charge for the breakfast seems a bit pricy (plenty of cheeper options nearby). Some of the staff could be more welcoming.

The costs associated with the room rate are not related to the actual value of the the rate based on the type of room and conditions. In other words, the costs exceed the value of the room. Who would want to pay $ 25.00 per person for breakfast per day . In Israel, it should be included in the cost of the room rate automatically. Its ridiculous!!!

Excellent staff! After 16 hours of flying, including a 10 hour layover, we arrived 8 hours before check in. The staff was kind to give us towels and use of the gym. We stayed at the Park Plaza Orchid twice and when we return to Israel I will book with this hotel again. The easy beach access is a plus.
