Perfect location overlooking beautiful Tel Aviv beach. Incredible breakfast buffet. Lovely patio with a small pool that also overlooks the beach. We enjoyed afternoon drinks watching the sunset. This hotel was designed with lots of glass to fully enjoy the beach from every location including the lobby/lounge with its comfortable couches and drinks bar. Very clean and well appointed rooms and lounge areas. Bathrooms were very modern and clean, shower was like a European spa. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was very helpful and service was wonderful! We didn't have a car, but I only saw a tiny parking area. Parking spaces are incredibly hard to find in Tel Aviv and so are hotels with parking.

The staff were very helpful especially the Food and Beverages Manager and our chambermaid. Very useful also that there is free use of the Holmes Place gym Rooms and storage space in them is quite restrcited so its difficult to keep the room tidy during a long stay. ALso limited evening menu.

I liked the position of the hotel and the price was reasonable.Besides that nothing!!!! I had booked the hotel for 26 nights and when I checked in I thought a prison cell would have been larger!! I had booked the superior room so thought it would be a good size. There was one chair at the desk so I think my wife or I was to sit on the end of the bed to relax, read, have a drink etc. When we spoke to front desk they were Not helpful at all and said they could bring in another chair. They couldnt care whether we were going to stay one night or the 26 nights we had booked.Didnt offer us a larger room at any time. Where they thought they could fit in another chair was a mystery. Thankgoodness I had booked with bookings.com so had not prepaid the hotel so we checked out next morning to a much more comfortable room at another hotel. The hotel was in a great position But would only be suitable for a single business traveller on an overnight stay.

Avoid this hotel like the plague! It is not a 4 star! The air conditioner failed. The staff have attitude problems and the room is only clean when you arrive. The king david, Sheraton, Hilton, carleton are only hotels with class.

There isn't anything that we didn't like about our stay at the hotel and can';t wait to go back there. The value for money was incredible since we were lucky enough to book one of their special deals. The breakfast buffet was superb, staff outstanding, room and cleanliness were first class in fact, the whole experience was a 10.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. We have stayed at the hotel before, and this time stayed for my birthday, so we booked a better room. We booked a suite with ocean view. The pictures online were extremely deceptive, and except for it being a bigger room, it seemed like we were placed in an older wing of the hotel that had not been renovated in 30 years. It was also a partial ocean view.. not full like we had payed for, We also came to the hotel at 1 pm, and they said that our room would only be ready at 2 pm so we went to lunch and came back at 2:30. They said the room would be ready in 15 minutes, and they would come let us know, We waited until after 4 pm until our room was ready. I have no problem with the fact that we checked in at 4 pm, but they should have told us the truth about when it would be ready.

The rooms next to elevator shafts or horrible due to sound of the things. It sounds like everytime to elevator cruises up and down it can end up in your bed

Very enjoyable stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Rooms small but nicely decorated and clean. I didn't like the fact that we ordered a "studio" room and it came with a microwave and no other facilities like a fridge or plates or cutlery. There was a mini bar but you couldn't put milk in it or anything. Felt a bit cheated about that.

It was a reasonable size room with lounge & kitchenette. Parking underneath was convenient. It's very sterile, no character. The views were good but windows too dirty to see out. The room had not been dusted for days. The balcony door had no latch and banged through the windy nights.

Free bicycles, no-hassle free internet, free business centre Noise from neighbouring room (only separated by two double doors) and very bad hotel coffee. Also the beds slip apart, which is annoying when you are a couple.

We were upgraded to a very nice family suite because the superior double room we had booked was incredibly small. It was a room more suitable for one person, for one night and with one piece of luggage. I loved the sea views from the lobby and drinking coffee on the terrace. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly and efficient. The entrace to the hotel lets it down and need renovating.

Honestly, only the location was good. Some of the staff were friendly but others were impertinent and unhelpful. Overall it was anegative experience and we moved to another hotel after the first night. So-called "studio" was a small room with low ceilings. Small table and desk but only one chair total in a room ("studio") for two people. "Kitchenette" was a cabinet with a microwave and sink... No dishes/utensils, no useable fridge, only mini-bar. The sea view was blocked by the horrifically dirty windows. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, Overall rather dirty. Bad smells in the room and very bad smells in the corridors. Loud air conditioning and other loud noises. It is truly chutzpah to call that room a studio and that hotel a "4-star" when it is, at best, a shabby and dirty 3-star. When we complained about these issues, just after arrival, the staff on duty were dismissive and unhelpful. When asked about an "upgrade" to something vaguely resembling the description of what we reserved, we were told that was only possible by paying (considerably) extra. We spent the evening checking-out other hotels in the area and moved the next morning. The woman checking us out early was more sympathetic, but by then of course it was too late for them to do anything helpful.

Location is nice Services were poor (at night no one could open our window, we had to look for a fridge to store medicine) room was extremely small (and not so cheap) there was almost no storage (closet space) In fact we moved out after first night instead of staying 10 days as booked

Nice informal atmosphere, great position and view, staff mainly spoke English so very easy to communicate, room comfortable, bedding a little worn, but generally felt clean, bed comfortable Bathroom could do with mechanical ventilation, window cannot open a fraction as no mid positions so if it is windy the window will not stay in place when just a small amount of fresh air would be good, mini bar not a great plus when you want to store your own food and drink in a fridge, satelite channels limited

The property was nicely situated off the beach. The staff were helpful and courteous. The bathroom in our room was in need of repair. The sink was cracked and the decor could use an update
