The only positive thing is that the hotel is located by the seaside. The management is very, very poor. Everyting: room had not been cleaned even at 6 p.m.!The desk denied my presence, when a colleague of mine looked for me. He had to insist for over 3 hours. I has informed the front desk that a colleague of mine would have looked for me. Absolutely too expensive for the very poor service. Rooms are badly furnished. |

We had a superior room with sea view, but you could see the sea only staying close to the window. The room was ruther pleasant and clean. The bed was very comfortable, I liked it very much. The staff is strange - if you ask them about anything, they look at you with a surprize and realy do not know anything about the city they live in.The hotel also provided bykes to rent for free, but the bykes were extremely old. |

The location is perfect The breakfast buffet is poor and there is a fair amout of noise in the Hotel. During my stay the Hotel for some reason had a fixed set alarm in the next door room which woke me up 5,45 every morning for 3 days - despite complaining every time. it took them 15 minutes to turn it of minimum every morning, and it was loud! |

The view from the room. Absolutely! The room had a window between the bathroom and the bedroom and the curtain that would afford privacy was not working. We repeatedly asked the staff to either fix it or provide us with another room, but they were not responsive at all. In fact, the staff is the worse thing about this hotel. Also, our floor was undergoing renovations and was completely destroyed when we arrived. |

view from balcony , bed linens, VIP lounge, desk & security staff- especially Noa & Simon made the visit very personal & pleasant bottled water was not supplied in the room, even after requested amount of towels was insufficient unless I called everyday Free internet access was available but not monitored so several guests stayed on the computers playing games & listening to music at great lengths, not allowing others access in timely fashion |

Location and view. Close to the beach. Hotel is being renovated. Many things are very old. The room was OK, but the bathroom was almost falling apart. |

Bedroom was nice-great bed and pillows. Big room.Deep and squishy. Free internet access allowed me to check my flight details and departure time. Sea view, very near beach. Room noisy, even on Sabbath. looked out onto renovation site. Bill incorrect and not yet paid as far as I am aware. Awaiting contact from hotel who have not phoned. Ihave no receipt as yet. They tried to bill me for 2 nights instead of one and I hadn't even had time to stay for breakfast! Night receptionist was hamstrung to sort it out. My taxi driver phoned them for me to complain!!! |

Great location -across the beach. The cost of parking is very high and on the top of it .. most of the time they don't have available space Even when you check in , you can't leave your car few minutes and have to carruy your luggage from a distant parking lot. |
