Posizione eccellente, cura dei dettagli, servizi gratuiti come internet wi-fi, biciclette per girare la città, piscina e palestra.

Rigidità della reception per alcune richieste

La terrazza fronte mare è eccezionale con la bellissima passeggiata. Il buffet per la prima colazione è estremamente ricco, non sempre riscontrando I gusti italiani ma molto interessante sotto certi aspetti culinari. Il piccolo lobby-bar offre inoltre durante tutto il giorno l'opportunità di consumare gustosi pasti veloci e beveraggi accurati serviti da personale cordialissimo. Il bagno è sempre pulito e nel suo interno la biancheria viene cambiata ogni giorno.

Purtroppo un aspetto negativo per un albergo di tale categoria e classe è quello che non c'è, in bagno, un asciuga capelli. Non mi è stato fornito malgrado le mie diverse richieste. La kichinette ha solo delle tazze per le bevande calde gentilmente offerte dall'albergo ma non viene fornito il piattino e neppure il cucchiaio. Solo piccoli tovagioli e minuscoli stecchini di plastica per mescolare, senza sapere dove appoggiarli dopo l'utilizzo. Contrariamente trovati in altro albergo di categoria inferiore a Gerusalemme. Il mini-bar contiene bevande fresche e altri generi di "conforto" a prezzo piuttosto elevato.

ho riservato una family room per 2 adulti e 2 bambini: in realtà era una doppia con 2 letti aggiunti. non si trattava per nulla di una family room.

E' sporco e il servizio e' scarso

Perfect location overlooking beautiful Tel Aviv beach. Incredible breakfast buffet. Lovely patio with a small pool that also overlooks the beach. We enjoyed afternoon drinks watching the sunset. This hotel was designed with lots of glass to fully enjoy the beach from every location including the lobby/lounge with its comfortable couches and drinks bar. Very clean and well appointed rooms and lounge areas. Bathrooms were very modern and clean, shower was like a European spa. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was very helpful and service was wonderful!

We didn't have a car, but I only saw a tiny parking area. Parking spaces are incredibly hard to find in Tel Aviv and so are hotels with parking.

The staff were very helpful especially the Food and Beverages Manager and our chambermaid. Very useful also that there is free use of the Holmes Place gym

Rooms and storage space in them is quite restrcited so its difficult to keep the room tidy during a long stay. ALso limited evening menu.

Avoid this hotel like the plague! It is not a 4 star! The air conditioner failed. The staff have attitude problems and the room is only clean when you arrive. The king david, Sheraton, Hilton, carleton are only hotels with class.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff at the front desk were very helpful.

We have stayed at the hotel before, and this time stayed for my birthday, so we booked a better room. We booked a suite with ocean view. The pictures online were extremely deceptive, and except for it being a bigger room, it seemed like we were placed in an older wing of the hotel that had not been renovated in 30 years. It was also a partial ocean view.. not full like we had payed for, We also came to the hotel at 1 pm, and they said that our room would only be ready at 2 pm so we went to lunch and came back at 2:30. They said the room would be ready in 15 minutes, and they would come let us know, We waited until after 4 pm until our room was ready. I have no problem with the fact that we checked in at 4 pm, but they should have told us the truth about when it would be ready.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel's location was great! Wonderful view to the beach. Located close to the beach and has a great pool. The breakfast was great as well. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Very enjoyable stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Rooms small but nicely decorated and clean.

I didn't like the fact that we ordered a "studio" room and it came with a microwave and no other facilities like a fridge or plates or cutlery. There was a mini bar but you couldn't put milk in it or anything. Felt a bit cheated about that.
