Yarden Beach Apartments

Good localization 300m to the beach. Lots of space in room with kitchen annex. Rooms clean and simple. As Israel is expensive the price is ok. Late night arrival is also possible.

No problems during the stay

The apartment is great, it's clean and well equipped. It is situated in the center but very quit.... Perfect!

Excellent location - close both to the city center, beach and old town. Ideal conditions for stay for 1-2 persons. Perfect price-quality balance!

We've been there in February 2013 and there were several construction sites close to the apartment, so there were days when it were quite noisy starting 7 am.

Great location: apartment is very close to the beach, supermarket/postoffice/banks/restauran- ts/pubs close also. Great value for money - kind & helpful staff, free maps available. I will stay my next Tel Aviv trip here as well. :-)

Microwave oven would be useful in the kitchen.

This place is just a few minutes walk from the sandly Tel Aviv beachfront, in the middle of the city.

The appartments for two we lived in were big, comfortable and cheap. They are very near to Shui A-Karmel, where you can buy food to prepare. The supermarket AM:PM is near also and is opened 24/7. Last you have a bus stop near the market, where you can find a lot if busses and get by them anywhere you like. Number 31 will take you to the Safari. Number 16 - to the new bus station and to the railway station Tel Aviv a-Hagana. Sea is near also. You have some kitchen equipment, such as refrigerator, plates, cups, forks and spoons, a pan and a few pots... The bed is big enough for two adults and a child and I liked sleeping on it.

Our room was inhabited by cockroaches, we saw them even on the sofa. They are not numerous, but it was a bad surprise. You can change the room I think. The sofa was quite old and dirty. The pan had no cover. At the kitchen you'll see only salt, but no oil, pepper, tea and so on. We'be left ours in the room and hope the staff will not remove it. The Apts are situated in a quite dirty and noisy district. In Saturday you'll find no staff and the front door is opened all the day what is kosher but bad.

Good location and hotel manager was so attentive. We had good room quite and spacious. The only sugestion I would do, it is information where landromat is located.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location of apartment is good, near to the see and the bus station.

It was simple and dingy.

Good apartments for good prices..

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with our rental car and staff assisted us in getting a different car. I wish I could remember his name (I believe he was Russian), thank you, thank you!

Really big appartment for 5 people, full kitchen, big living room - a lot of space. Two bedrooms with double beds. Flat TVs. Best location - sea 5 min walk, supermarket in the first floor, restorants and bars 5 min walk.

Two toilets but only one bathroom - its difficult to have a shower for a short time for 5 people. No hot water in the morning and in the evening- only from ~11 am -till 5pm. Noisy, hard to sleep well at the first tme.

Yes. All went well and nothing went wrong. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower worked well. The gate to parking worked well. The door code worked well. The private safe for valuables worked well. The kitchenette was in good order. The area is improving and convenient. A value for the price. But the best part was that there were no unpleasant surprises. The A/C functioned efficiently. Considering how noisy Tel Aviv can be, the apartment was cozy and tranquil. We would happily return.

the kitchen has all conveniences

Location and the way how you gets the keys of the apartament, they will send you by mail some codes and you will find easely the keys, at any time you arrive to the apartament.

The apartament was very, very dirty, and full of cockroaches. we told this to the receptionist the first day and he promised us he will send somebody to clean up the apartament but this never happened. Very disappointed.

Booking.com apparently failed to communicate with management about our last four-day stay, and our resultant stay for one night was in a terrible apartment. The manager was somewhat abrupt and rarely present, but appeared to make every effort to insure our comfort and concerns.

It was quiet and the apartment had plenty of light, good air conditioning and a small kitchen with a large refrigerator. It was ideal for me to prepare my own meals. The utensils were a bit sparse so we bought a few extras to get by. It was a pleasant although compact apartment. It was only a short walk to the beach, the markets and boutiques.

Although not essential some laundry facilities would be appreciated with an outside clothes line to hang beach towels and swim wear. A toaster would be useful. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would certainly use the service again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Yarden Beach Apartments, we are planning to stay in this apartment again when we are coming back to Tel Aviv in november. The apartments have a kitchen so it's a very nice option to make a home made meal in expensive Tel Aviv. The beach and city center are a 5 minute walk from the apartments and the manager is also very friendly. We felt really welcome. We visited Israel for two weeks and we combined hostels with staying in hotels and staying at this apartment was definitely a good closure of our holiday! The only good thing about apr is free wifi that works accasionaly, but thanks God it works!

Once we entered the apt we saw a giant cockroach. Right to the apt there is some construction and guys were screeming the whole morning, so no sleep.
