Yarden Sea Side Apartments

The manager, Mr. Nissim, is a kind hearted man and concerned about the comfort of tourists. When the air conditioning failed for two consecutive nights, he brought a fan for us. Thank you, Nissim, for your concern. He also rescued us from a wrong adrress.

We were spoken rudely to by the owner Mr. Ben, when we reached a wrong address. For tourists, this is the last thing they need on a holiday.

It afforded space cramped hotel rooms typically do not. However, a clean and high security hotel room would have been a better choice. Most mature Americans will find this facility very substandard.

1) Security breach. An intruder started banging on the door at approximately 4:00 am. Fortunately, police arrived within minutes to intervene. 2) Noise: Yelling and screaming on the streets till the crack of dawn. Sirens and heavy traffic 3) THe place is very run down and missing the most basic necessities. Not even soap, shampoo 4) We had cold to warm water most of the time 5) One reservation was not honored and part of the family was sent to another facility 6) Bugs: Found a cockroach in bed

These apartments were very spacious and comforable. They upgraded us (4 people) to a two-bedroom for free, which was nice. Convenient location, a short walk to the beach. Nice size kitchen, large balcony, comfortable seating/dining areas, and clean.

Very noisy location (which also means it is convenient to stores, restaurants, etc). Staff is somewhat difficult to access, and you must depend on your mobile phone to communicate with them. That was a $2 phone call every time for me, but this might not be an issue for everyone.

Great and travel friendly location. Real big rooms, air conditioners that cool, large rooms and a great balconey facing two street. It is in the heart of tel aviv with super convinient transportation. All parts of tel aviv are easilly reached. We stayed at Yarden Apartments a few times within the last few years. The new managment that took over is great and brought this hotel to higher standards.

It was a 10 minute ( or less) walk to the beach. There was a grocery store nearby. It has a large balcony, but only 2 chairs & a table for a family of 4!

The bathroom/ apt seemed a bit dirty/ moldy. They only had 2 chairs (& an outdoor table) for a family of 4! Did not provide any dish towels for washing/drying dishes. Our apartment was a corner unit facing Ben Yehuda St. So it had alot of street noise.

Location is good for the Hilton Beach Area and Ben Yuharda Road. The Apartments are large.

We booked the Pent House Suite (room 15) on the top floor 5 months prior to our stay specifically as this apartment has a large roof terrance. We had organised a friends party at this place and we were to host this on the terrace, (lots of organising). Upon check in, we were allocated room 8 on the 2nd floor. Spoke to the managment and explained that this was not the right room and were told that the penthouse had water issues and was no longer available. This was a total lie. The hotel manager had already booked the room out to other people at a higher rate. The managment of the hotel are useless and very unhelpful. The cleaners are even worst and didnt clean the apartment once! I actaully ended up cleaning the place myself and arranged to get clean linen and towels. Limited in crockery, spoons etc....no tea towel and smelly drains. The location is great, very noisy on the junction so if you are looking for peace and quiet then this is not the place. Would I stay again?? Yes, I would but on the top floor, as long as the manager doesnt lie to guests. Not a great trait to have!

Beautiful apartment with great space and all the amenities needed for a long stay. The terrace was a view into Tel Aviv life. Although it was exceedingly noisy, it was fun to watch the life of the city while we ate breakfast or dinner al fresco. Instead of sitting in a cafe, the city unfolded before us. The apartment had the basic amenities, the kitchen had everything you need including oven and dishwasher. There was a television with many channels, and lots and lots of storage space. Nissim and Moudy went out of their way to make us comfortable.

If you might need to cancel the reservation here, forget it. We spent five days trying to cancel, and were forced to reorganize our vacation because of a three-day penalty charge that they were insistent upon. We spoke with booking.com about this and they were unable to help, and they made things even worse by not understanding who they were dealing with. Our experience with the management was horrible. Over the phone they were always very sharp, nervous and hurried with us. There were no clear instructions as to the use of the apartment — where the switches were, how to operate things. Who saved the day were Nissim and Moudy, who made our stay pleasant. The apartment was filthy and we had to press for a thorough cleaning, which we got. The amount of towels was insufficient. We had to get our own dishtowels and sponges, dish soap, soap and shampoo, etc. The apartment was cleaned only every three days very very superficially. The oven was new, but so filthy that when we used it, it filled the apartment with smoke and had to be cleaned. There is no place for soap and towels in the toilet, there are no reading lamps over the bed, when you lower the blinds you blow the fuse and you have to learn how to reset it. This place is understaffed and poorly managed.

The first room was very dirty, nobody to contact to even get an Iron. Very very noisy rooms, impossible to sleep. Intrenet and the light kept stoping every 30 minutes. No stable connexions, oft sittign in the dark... Very bad place wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Good location, decent standard

Made a reservation of 2 studioappartments, 2 persons one night.On arrival we were forced to take a suite to share. When I protested against this I was yelled at by the manager on the phone. We took the suite anyway because by then we had no choice. The worst thing was that the "free internet" didn't work at all during the stay. When we called support they promised to fix it within 1 hour...10 Minutes...so on.

I was there twice already, is a simple place, but very confortable...have a grocery downstairs, that make things very easy, very close of restaurants, stores the beach.

The stove wasnt works very well, and the kitchen wasnt full equiped.

Located above a supermarket. Close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. Large, spacious apartment. Lots of tv channels. A/C worked well.

We have two small children and I booked this especially so we would be in the same building as a supermarket. We arrived late one night and were redirected to another building far away, much smaller and in much worse condition than what we booked. I had to go searching for dinner for my two kids in a scary neighborhood at 10pm. Management had no explanations/excuses/apologies-- only swore that the location & quality of the apartments were the same, which was patently false. They had to move us three times until we finally got the apartment we booked. Terrible experience! The final apartment was: -Very dirty. Furniture old and in bad repair. -Poorly equipped for an apartment. (Had an oven, but useless since there was no rack inside. Had a stove, but no pots--only a couple pans. No kitchen towels, no dishwashing soap, no broom/vacuum/mop. There was no way to clean.) -No extra bedding for our 2 kids even though we asked for it in advance. We had to make do with insufficient sheets and towels. I found an extra bed in the hallway and rolled into our apartment so my two kids wouldn't have to share a single twin bed. -No explanation that you had to flick a switch to turn on the hot water. -No explanation for how to use the safe (not the usual put in your code). -Hard to find any staff to help you when you needed it.

Horrible and rude staff. Tried to kick us out at 10am, then at 11am. Our checkout per the reservation was noon. Woke us up and acted very rude.

Really enjoy a wonderful holiday. It was perfect more than I expected and the price was very good. Very spacious flat with all your needs. we do recommend yarden sea side apt

Very minor things which don't need to be mention

Location and size of the room. Good communication with the staff.

I would suggest a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.

L'appartement etait tres sale a notre arrivee. La connexion wi-fi est regulierement en panne. Tres bruyant. Pas d'insonorisation. On se croirait dans la rue. Pas de lave-linge. Vaisselle insuffisante et incomplete;

L'emplacement (près de la plage et des grands centres de vie de Tel Aviv), quartier des artistes (beaucoup de galeristes), le supermarché en bas de l'hôtel, le responsable qui était à notre écoute

Le bruit !!!!!! Trop de jeunes qui faisaint la fête jusqu'à point d'heure et la rue (pas de double vitrage, c'est dommage)

J ai trouve l emplacement idéal car proche de la plage et très bien desservi par les bus. J avais un petit angle avec vue sur la mer et enfin le frigidaire était neuf. L appartement était propre.

Il faut savoir que la ru ben yeuda est tres bruyante les israéliens utilisant leurs Klaxons jours et nuit avec beaucoup de dextérité. Il s agit davantage d un appartement que d un hôtel car le ménage est fait tous les 2/3 jours et pareil pour les serviettes de toilette. Ceci dit en réclamant un peu on nous en a données tous les jours . Enfin nous avions un gros problème de fuite d eau dans la douche qui n à pas pu être résolu malgré les efforts du manager, qui au demeurant est fort sympathique. Enfin nous avons du réclamer une 2ème paire de clés car à l origine une seule nous avait été octroyée ( un peu juste pour 4 personnes avec des ados)

На мой взгляд, идеальный вариант в своей ценовой категории. Сначала насторожили отзывы о том, что людей заселяют по другому адресу, поэтому решил сразу написать в отель по e-mail. Въехали - квартирка шикарная! Любим сами готовить, поэтому своя кухня была очень кстати. Уборку нам делали раз в два дня, меняли бельё и полотенца. Пару раз делали уборку сами: всё-таки песка с пляжа кучу приносили. Под гостиницей - круглосуточный продуктовый с русскоязычным персоналом. Сама гостиница находится практически в центре, параллельно ей соседняя улица - Дизенгоф, главная улица Тель-Авива. Море тоже совсем рядом, а с балкона открывается вид на довольно оживлённую улицу (и это лично мне нравится больше, чем вид на море). В общем, проживание превзошло все наши ожидания. Но если вы привыкли отдыхать в номерах с видом на море, кушать еду, приготовленную заботливыми руками поваров пятизвёздочного отеля, не можете сами пару раз взять в руки швабру и убрать за собой, то этот вариант определённо не для вас.

Très bel appartement très clair avec immense balcon qui fait tout le tour. Immense cuisine à l'américaine très bien équipée. Carrelage aux sols, jolie salle de bain, air climatisé mais très bruyant et pas de double vitrage. Pas de service, pas de réception, c'est plus un immeuble avec des apparts individuels qu'un hôtel avec un service. Pas de femme de ménage toute la semaine. Idéal pour une famille ou une bande d'amis qui souhaient vivre dans un appart sympa pas cher

за несколько дней пришло письмо о переназначении нам номера в другом отеле, так что этот отзыв больше относится к отелю Yarden Beach Apartments. Недалеко от пляжа, тихое место, через дорогу платная парковка(дешевле отелевской), номер тоже тихий(стройка за окном, но ее не слышно). Кухня с плитой, все предметы для приготовления есть. Интернет работает. Зайти в отель по коду, присланому с е-письме, ключи от комнаты в сейфе, код к сейфу тоже в е-письме.

плита не работала, но ее сразу по запросу поремонтировали.
