Located close to Jaffa gate. Small fridge in room. Good breakfast buffet.
Rooms could use interior upgrade. Security chain on door was falling off. Only 1 electrical outlet found on wall connected to TV.
Excellent location, beautiful architecture both outside and inside, gym (not used). Climate of the place. Not super luxurious but well worth the price.
The staff is very helpful. Accommodations are good. Location is excellent.
The coffee machine did not always work and breakfast is average.
Easy to walk everywhere. And trams to museums.
The location The building and the lobby. The view. The breakfast
Some people of the staff. the cleanliness. Absolutely necessary to check the staff cleaning the room.
no street noise, friendly staff
ventilator in room which made a permanent humming noise
Free wi-fi Nice coffee
Quity of wifi connection was very low, pool is dirty, no cafe in receprtion.
Great location good value. Lots of choice for breakfast. Rooms surprisingly large.
Wifi a bit slo. Shower a bit weak coffee at breakfast mediocre
location is unbeatable; free and convenient parking; the public spaces are unique and gorgeous
Breakfasts don't compare to majority of hotels in the country; staff spends most of its time talking to each other - especially in the dining area; accomodations are spartan but adequate; there are too few electric outlets for today's electronics
Central location is fantastic. Beautiful old building. Decent buffet breakfast.
Shower water pressure sub-standard. Room wi-fi just so-so. Restaurant is expensive and menu is quite limited.
Nice location, the lobby is beautiful and attractive and some of the staff members were very kind!
The guy from the reception instead of being helpful, tried to confuse us in order to promote more expensive transport.
The geographic situation
The room , discosting breakfast , the gym room close at 19h only, the window in the room...
The location and the building were beautiful. Can't beat the location which makes it worth the price. But wow, for that kind of money, don't expect too many comforts. The rooms were clean (at one point we were put in a very smelly room but the staff changed our room promptly when I told them), the room is very basic - couldn't get the heat quite warm enough, or the bath quite warm enough.
The staff… were somewhat helpful but hardly out of their way for hospitality. The restaurant had good food but was cold. I was traveling with a young child and somedays the cooks would make pancakes, other days just blow us off without telling us. They serve burgers and fries, but no catsup. I feel pretty mixed about the place.
View from the tower Helpful staff Location an easy walk to Jaffa Gate Free parking
It's a bit dated Small room for a family of 4
Very impressive building Great location close to the old city Good breakfast
Wifi good only in lobby
We could not have asked for better atmosphere, location, service and value. Far removed as my best visit (of over 10) to Jerusalem. The pictures of the building speak for themselves. Some have commented on the antiquated furniture in the rooms, but in our experience everything was as comfortable and practical as anywhere. The restaurant and its kind staff were an unexpected highlight.
Best location & ratio price quality
the location breackfast
We adored the architectural details! The dining room was charming and the food was good. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio. We walked from there all over the old city. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to friends.
We loved the historic building and the location in Jerusalem is perfect. We found the staff to be friendly , helpful and professional in every aspect particularly Michel at reception. We also found the accommodation to be well priced in relation to other hotels in the area.Should we have a return visit to Jerusalem we will certainly stay at the YMCA Three Arches Hotel.
Staff Location Staff STAFF STAFF Location!
Toilet tank ran for hours sometimes and one of the light fixtures hummed very loud if left on.
Loved location and breakfast buffet.
We needed a wake up call to make our plane. Did not get one.
Very impressive building. A comfortable, clean hotel in an unbeatable location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet.
