The breakfast was good. The rooms were not clean, the internet access in the lobby was broken most of the time, the phones in the room did not work every second day, the vending machine for telephone cards in the lobby sold expired telephone cards, the elevator was broken, the staff was not very helpful. |

I enjoyed our stay at the YMCA Three Arches Hotel very much! This is charming, beautiful, unusual hotel with nice, friendly atmosphere. Our breakfasts under orange tree were wonderful. The summer on February, the relaxing atmosphere in the middle of city!! The employees did forget to make lunch box for our early leaving... OK, we will be more slim :))) |

The old city is 5 minutes away. The building (reception, breakfast hall, the terrase) is beautiful. The rooms could be a bit more moderen..but then, I guess this hotel would not be only 3star. |

Room was clean and ample for price paid. Bathroom modern and clean, beds comfortable. Restaurant food was very good, prices in line with quality and Israel cost of living. Location near old city was good, ATM just down the street dispenses shekels and dollars. Room tv was appreciated. |

The staff was nice and helpful. The lobby was really pretty and they are starting to renovate the rooms. Given the location, we thought the price was great! I always find YMCA outside of the US are pretty nice. |

well located, breakfast ok, clean. Not comfortable (pillows, beddings...), shower not working properly, had to fix toilet ourselves as would not flush... - noisy as we were just by the elevator. Our tv wasn't working either. |

For the price the 3 Arches is a great deal. The breakfast was great and you cannot beat the location. Walk easily to Old City. |

We had our two months old son and the restaurant staff was extremely polite and every day was at our service to prepare our baby's boilled water for his meals. The room was dirty and fool of dust! We stayed in the hotel 3 nights and they never cleaned the floor (a carpet floor!), our blanket was dirty with oil and maybe other materials and never changed! |

The location is excellent, the building is beautiful and interesting to see. The small elevator needs to be tuned or replaced. The staff makes a very superficial cleaning. The staff at the front desk is in most cases very rude and unpleasant and so are the waiters at the restaurant where a meager breakfast is served in very poor conditions. It feels as if the staff punishes you for unkonwn reasons, as if offering an economic choice in a very good location need to be compensated by tolerating maltreatment. |

I liked the historical atmosphere. A beautiful building in an oriental style. The room (single) was too expensive. The furniture was old, the windows dirty and in the fridge was mould. |

The location in excellent, the building and the atmosphere inside are great, rooms are clean. We felt that staff was not very pleasant with us, forced to stay behind the desk and not willing to provide a good service. Rooms will be obsolete soon. Elevator is quite old and noisy. |
