YMCA Three Arches Hotel

Arkitekturen av hotellet var bländande. Läget i Jerusalem kunde inte vara bättre. Den historiska atmosfären gav en ökad känsla av upplevelsen av Jerusalem. *** The hotel architecture was astonishing. The location in Jerusalem could not be better. The historic atmosphere gave an added feeling for the experience of Jerusalem.

Läget, bara en kort promenad från Jaffa Gate och Old City, mysig uteservering där även frukosten serverades! Inte heller långt ifrån German Colony och restaurangerna där

Rummet något slitet och gammalt, fuktigt.

insects in all beds, rooms very small, lack of linen, blankets, sheets do not fit bed, poor dining service

Good, clean, basic hotel with excellent location for visiting Old City of Jerusalem.

The rooms are beginning to look tired.

The location couldn't be better, for walking to the Old City and downtown west Jerusalem. The building is still as handsome as ever, But poorly maintained. I enjoyed being amongst the international clientele and speaking with them .

Since I last stayed there in the 1990's, the maintenance and service at this hotel has deterioprated considerably. The staff isless than minimal, Mostly nonprofessional, and ridiculously unco-ordinated. However, most of them are very nice people, trying to do their best for the guests. I wish the Dan Corporation had taken over this splendid building. They would have done a much better job, even if they had to raise the rates.

Very good location to visit the old city and West Jerusalem. Very nice building. Anyway staff, service & infrastructures are definitely getting worse compared with only few years ago !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Light bulb of the lamp near the bed dead, faulty lock of the door ! Staff working in the room the day of my leaving at 9,30 a.m. when the check-out time was scheduled at 11,00 a. m. If Ymca goes on this way, the glorious YMCA 3 Arches of Jerusalem....That's not really good ! Much money, too much money : what's increasing is only their price !

the room was not cleaned well: found remains of food and medical pills near the bed... felt bad... other than that - no complaints.

The young woman at the front desk was not friendly and not helpful. Everyone else was friendly. The room could be updated but was clean.

I liked the breakfast, having an omlet made to order and being able to eat outside on a big porch overlooking the street. The staff were all very nice. It was great to be able to go right downstairs and take a yoga class at a discount, too. I like that it's committed to peace.

My curtains did not close all the way! They did not completely cover the windows. It wasn't a huge big deal, because there weren't people close by, but still I might have preferred more coverage ....

The staff was helpful.

A female employee in charge of booking was not helpful. In changing my booking she was uncooperative. She had a poor attitude and people skills.

I like this hotel very much, especially his locatons. And building is very nice. Hotels staff is very kind.

not cleaning in the room
