- perfect location; - great stuff; - delicious breakfast (you can ask for eggs); - free water and coffee 24/7; - non-stop open food shop close to the hotel - very important on Shabat :)
-central location(15-10 mins from the old city) -breakfast included -free maps -english speaking stuff -the cheapest hotel in the centre
-small bed for 2 people -no parking
5 min walk to the tram stop (for the Central bus station). 5 min walk to the sherut (small buses 24/7) to Tel-Aviv. 15 min walk to Old City.
The staff were very helpful and english speaking therefore no language barrier. The room was clean. The breakfast was excellent. Facilities of Wi-Fi and free internet was amazing. Free hot drinks 24/7. Lots of food outlet and shops close to the hotel. Will go back to the same hotel again. Will recommend to my friends. Value for money.
The only draw back is no lifts therefore may be difficult with luggage, but the staff did carry the luggage down for me.
Really the best Central location i could ask for. Low cost. Helpful and pleasant staff.
Outside noise very loud from 9pm until early hours. Noise again from local businesses setting up for the day at 06:30. Not good if you are staying more than a couple of days. We lost a few mornings holiday catching up on sleep. Very badly fitting single glazed windows the reason.
Good location, friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and free coffee, tea and water all day. Reasonable price.
Problems with parking. Street was very noisy at night and wasn´t possible to shut the balcony door. Carpets in the hotel are dirty. Room needs repairs.
This is good value for money. The staff is helping and is going out of their way to let you feel at home.
I can't say anyting that I didn't liked but a cofee stand in the room can improve the stay.
Excellent value for money and best location ever!
great location, kind and helpful staff
small rooms, poor breakfast, could be cleaner...
The hotel location is right in the shopping center and very convenient walking distance from all the major sights. The streets are pedestrianized here so there is little traffic noise but instead some street noise from the bars and restaurants.
The hotel entrance was tricky to find with only a small sign. Had to walk around the block a couple of times to find it. No elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs.
their breakfasts were great... I would like to try their new hotel , hopefully it will be done on my next visit. I would like to commend & thank their hotel staff who are accomodating & the maintenance lady who always smiles. Todah raba meod .
The hotel is located in the new town center but still close to the old town. There are many cafes, restaurants around. The staff is very helpfull if you need to ask anything. The breakfast is fine.
The interior decoration is very old.
the location in central Jerusalem was great, if you like nightlife right outside your front door. 15 minute walk into the old city. breakfast was good (salad and humous is not my cup of tea but when in Rome...) wifi was good and the computer was useful for browing, mapping etc. computer
entrance and stairs need a lick of paint, gives a false first impression.
location breakfast staff refrigerator in room staff spoke English
hall carpet needs to be replaced. quite old and dirty. there was a constant noise not sure what it was. room 204 (?) street noise was not bad late at night.
Great breakfast, friendly staff! The hotel was wonderful!
Very helpful English speaking staff. Good food. Well run hotel. Very good location. Good value.
Shower curtain didn't stop all water going on floor. Sealant around basin pedestal. I think the basin was cracked. Beds stacked up in main eating area.
Breakfast was awful
Friendly staff with good knowledge of the city, restaurants and public transport Free tea, milk, coffee, water and hot chocolate Okay breakfast Good location - old city can be reached easily (+/- 10 min) and Jaffa road is 1 minute
Rooms a bit tired looking
Service excellence! Hospitality and friendly staff. Great breakfast, value for money and location. Clean. Staff always willing to help with heavy luggage & information. Home away from home.
This small hotel is close to a Jerusalem Light Rail (JLR) stop and in the centre of the 'party' or student quarter and the noise from the many restaurants didn't settle until after 2am. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. They are obviously well used to ill-informed travellers! Endless supply of cold drinking water is useful.
Decor is dated and carpets need replaced. Pillows felt worn out but bed v sturdy.
The location, helpful and cooperative stuff with very good advices were to go and do.a very good breakfast for a 2 stars hotel.
A little noisy from the street at night
The hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable. Hot and cold drinks available in the foyer through the day and evening and comfy chairs available to sit and chat to the other guests. There is also WiFi and fridge facilities in the room.
Very close to light rail - Central Jaffa stop - 10 min walking distance from Old City Jaffa Gate, lots of different shops & restaurants, breakfast excellent variety & choice, tea, coffee & hot chocolate available from lobby 24 hours.
Quite noisy until early hours of morning on the Friday before Shabbat from music and people at the restaurants below. WiFi only in the lobby & not very strong. Cockroaches behind fridge but management sprayed after we reported it.
