Great service for airport, while still part of the city. Excellent restaurant next door, owned by same family.

The hotel is situated in an very lively Indian business near Santacruz railway station with many fast commuter trains to the centre of Mombai. All the facilities of the hotel works and the staff is very friendly and service oriented. The hotel is situated on the west side of the railway station. On the east side 500 m away you can find many interesting shops and restaurants serving an Indian middleclass living in the area. We actually preferred an Indian vegetarian restaurant very close to the hotel. The hotel offers a pickup and delivery service to the airport at all hours. Very convenient.

The hotel miss a common breakfast hall where you can meet other guests.

The included in the price pick up from and to the airport, and its nearness to the airport. Also that it had a local railway station from where you could easily get to Churchgate and walk to the Gate of India from there. The room service thali!

The fact that there wasn't a communal room to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner made it feel a bot lonely and isolated for me as a single traveller. Okay for one night biut not for much longer I felt.

The hotel is very well priced and the hotel personnel one of the best in the world, they work hard to keep visitors happy, so I would say it is the best place to stay in Mumbai at a reasonable price as well, with airport transfers and breakfast as well; you cannot be beat the workers or their owner in the way they value their customers; Great place to stay and I will always recommend it and I will stay there in future for sure; Anand

This is a great budget hotel for a Mumbai layover with the free airport transfers and good service and decent rooms. Not fancy but safe, clean and friendly. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work when I was there.

I stayed o e night on my way to Goa. I was impressed by the staff. They responded quickly with solutions. Big plus for the honesty of the staff. While they were drropping me at airpot ( another big plus is free airport pick and drop), i forgot my ipad and phone in the safebox. When i told the driver, he called up the hotel.And in 10 minutes a staff brought them to me. Salutes to them...Needless to say the deserved good tip.

the hotel staff are very kindand location great

it's a bit costly and on the first day they gave us a small room-single room for 2 people but when asking for a new big room they did not refuse.such matter must be handle at the beginning when booking is being done.

Hotel design is confusing.

uitstekende ligging t.o.v. airport en trein station. De pick-up en drop-off service ,geweldig.Schone eenvoudige kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt voor 1 a2 overnachtingen voor bezoek Mumbai en terugvlucht naar huis.Prima restaurant naast de deur, waar wellicht ook het ontbijt vandaan kwam dat incl.was en goed.Opvallend de schone ramen, iets wat in India nauwelijks voorkomt.Prijs/kwaliteit dik in orde.

The room was clean and the garden restaurant downstairs was pleasant.

Den gratis transporten till flygplatsen fungerade utmärkt. I vårt fall var det till flyget, inte från. Hotellet låg ca 15 minuters resa till Juhu Beach, och 15 min till flygplatsen.

Priset var oproportionerligt högt, samt att det läggs till skatter så priset ökar med ca 15%! Ett hotell i denna klass kostar nästan hälften så mycket i Delhi. Hotellfoajen var liten, hotellet upplevdes som besvikelse.

We stayed here because it was cheap and close to the airport (we had an early flight the next morning). I loved that the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport. The staff is also nice and the rooms are clean. They were also very accommodating by letting us check in slightly early without an extra charge.

I can't say much since we only stayed one night here. For our purposes, this hotel was perfect.

Utmärkt personal, hjälpsamma. Hämtade och lämnade efter överenskommelse på flygplatsen, väckte oss och serverade kaffe mitt i natten vid avresa. Bra läge ej så långt från flygplatsen.

Poor ambiance and very limited room facilities. Some of the hotel staff was very hospitable while some were not.

Si hay que hacer noche en la ciudad entre vuelos, es una excelente opcion por su proximidad al aeropuerto (10-20 min. Del internacional) y el servicio de transfers gratuito que proporcionan. Nuestro vuelo tuvo una hora y media de retraso pero mantuvieron su serviciom que tambien prestaron gratuitamente la mañana siguiente para el vuelo de salida. A 3 min. Se encuentra la parada de tren Santa Cruz. Fuera de hora punta, se tarda 45 min. Aprox. En llegar a Churchgate por 7 Rupias si se quiere/necesita bajar al centro.

It was clean and everything was new and staff were polite and responsive, so I think the value was fair if you can stand a tiny room.

Primary complaint was the size of the room, which was very small. In fact, this was what drove us out after three nights of what was to be a five-night stay. Staff also had a habit of doing noisy cleanup chores in the middle of the night; however, were agreeable to desisting this when asked.
