It was clean. Some of the staff were very helpful. Some seemed indifferent. The resturant is good.

The refrigerator was not cold. We did not have hot water in our room. They told us our room did not have a window but come to find out it did. It opened right into the hallway. That was okay just funny.

Most of the staff was helpful and has the looks. Of a heritage hotel. Vintage looking and pretty. But not perfect.

Didn't like that they never had Internet the whole three days there. Didn't like they that they had complimentary tea and coffee in the room for free, but bottle water has a charge. It's not like you can drink the tap water. Well I guess you could try to drink it. Anyways felt a little " nickeled and dimmed."

Staff were friendly and very helpful; the place was very clean and well appointed; the price was reasonable; the food on the roof restaurant was good.

Good location for backpackers because close to bp district station and market . Cheap save bottle water, 0.5l 20 INR .

room not very clean, overpriced. Hoteltaxi took me to shop unwanted instead of desired location. Airport pickup free but they charge 140 parking fee. Final bill had all kind of extra charges (eg internet which is for free, higher tax rate than booking form). Worst however is their tourist service which offers expensive tours, guys not reliable And will do everything to give you a bad feeling if you book elsewhere (they even sent away my driver, telling him i was already gone). Breakfast buffet 280 quite poor. All in all a too expensive unreliable hotel.

Great service, always customer-orientated and very friendly. Halls and rooms newly done up and painted. Special rooms on upper floor absolutely worth the price of about 25 Euros per night.

The breakfast buffet - it's the usual dry toast and articicial jam. Plus scrambled eggs from egg powder.

Good location near New Delhi railway station and bazzars. Well organised free pick up from airport. Nice rooftop restaurant.

I liked the tranquility of the rooftop bar / cafe. The food was also pretty good. Some of the rooms are nice and returned, others not so nice.

I didn't like the guy in charge of taxi's, he tried to make us get two taxi's to the airport when only one was necessary. Generally getting a taxi from them was more expensive than one off the street.

The location of the hotel was great, despite being on a busy street, there was no noise in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was modernized and sufficient.

There were four of us and the staff tried to force us to take two taxis to the airport whereas in the end one was totally sufficient.

Nice but a litle bit noisy...don't take room with balcony...because you will never open it..bad smell and nise of India outside...generally ok to stay for 2-3 nights....

The location is pretty good, near the bazar and the train station; internet access for free, roof top terrace and good/cheap restaurant ( the Vagabond) in the hotel.

Noisy, we arrivced at 12 noon, the check in time given to us by the hotel, they made us wait until 1:10 to finally receive our room. The bathtube was bruised,NO hot water for bathing

I lived there with my family for the city trip. The Hotel interior is beautiful. Very pleasant atmosphere, staff, quick response to services, complete value for money, safe.. Very important for the family travelers. Learnt one thing from the experience that while everything was good.. I should have hired hotel cab for the security purpose.. Overall excellent experience. Not to forget the good & tasty food. Breakfast & Chicken malai gravy is to die for. Should try once..

When I have booked the hotel well in advance say 2 weeks before. I did not get the pickup facility from the airport to hotel as mentioned on line. I waited for 45-50 minutes to discover that the driver was stuck in the traffic. I called the hotel staff myself to tell them that the cab did not reach the airport. I was asked to take the cab from the airport and the hired amount was paid by the hotel. The room was not updated with water & phone in not working condition. I had to call hundred times from my cell phone from the hotel room to the reception for assistance. This was the first few hours of the first day.. Rest was fine.
