Our stay at this hotel was good. The rooms they provided us was good. We also like the pick up service from the airport. The buffet Breakfast at their restaurant was delicious. |

Cleanliness and comfort of room. Electric jug and fridge in room. Efficient air-conditioning. Restaurant of good standard in hotel and therefore did not have to go into the street outside for a meal. Higher standard overall than expected from 2 star rating. Crowded small street where hotel was located but originally chose hotel because of it was close to New Delhi Railway Station which we didn't use after all. |

The hotel staff were terrible. There is a tourism office run from the reception and we were made to feel very intimidated about booking with them. They even spied on us demanding to know who else we had booked with. We left after the first night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially two female travellers such as ourselves. |

It was a safe haven,once inside the hotel The location..is in a very very busy part of Delhi. Not possible for a solo woman traveller to walk this section of city. |

My room was never cleaned even when the 'Clean my Room' door card was left hanging for an entire day. No clean towels and the wireless internet did not reach my room as stated. The electricity was inconsistent making it impossible to watch tv. I was told that the Hotel took American Express, however, this was not the case. Checking out therefore became very difficult. |

Airport pick-up, staff was very helpful. Overall, very good. Room I had had no windows and smelt a bit musty. |

Clean room with air conditioning, staff really helpful, at-least-warm water all day, good food in restaurant, roof terrace No window in this particular room, but at least you're not disturbed by the street's noise (only vacuum-cleaning next door) |

Staff very helpful & friendly. Restaurant & roomservice good value and authentic Indian fare. Aircon worked well. Will accomodate changes in plan. One of the rooms (actually one shown on the web site) had a bad odour. They immediately gave us the option of another room... |

It was really clean, staff was great, different services (car booking, cash, internet, ...) and a very good restaurant. I spent 2 days there and I have nothing wrong to tell. Maybe the internet price is more expensive than in the hotel ... |

Personal muy agradable, restaurante agradable y bueno Que hayan intentado de cobrarme una tasa de lujo del 10% extra que no fue mencionada en mi reserva. Cuando protesté con energía, la quitaron. |

Nada Mienten cuando dicen que tienen servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto. Luego te cobran no sólo lo que pone que es el precio más el 12.5% de taxas que es correcto, sino otro impuesto que se sacan de la manga y todo esto antes siquiera de enseñarte la habitación. Primero intentaron darme una con la ventana del cuarto de baño rota y por las fotos, de calidad inferior, cuando había pagado semibusiness |

Возможность обменять деньги прямо в отеле, встреча и отправление на такси, возможность недорого заказать такси по Дели, возможность поесть европейской еды. Улучшить звукоизоляцию, особенно -внешних стен. Это общая проблема недорогих отелей в Индии. |
