    Central location, in Main Bazaar and 5 min walk to New Dwlhi Train Station and Metro. Comfortable beds.

    The TELEPHONE the hotel shows in booking.com is wrong. It is an invalid number, completly different to the ones they have. WE INFORMED it to the reception when we arrived more than 10 days ago, and they didn't inform it to booking. We SUSPECT they are interested in not giving the right number because it is a trick hotels in Delhi use to allow others to cheat on you, saying the hotel or hotel zone is closed, and you cannot call, and lose your money calling an unexisting number. People use to go to other hotel, and later they discover it was a trick and both hotels charged him. You have to call to reception every time you want hot water, and tell them, and then wait 15 min. Many times the air conditioning don't work, and you have to call to reception for them to connect a switch in an electrical panel for all rooms, and then it works. It seems they disconnect AC of all rooms during daytime to save energy. Room is not made unless you explicitly request it at reception. Personnel is asking for tips agressively, even for connecting the AC power outside the rooms, at the panel, when this is something that AFFECTS you, and not something you have requested. Breakfast was extremely poor: two toastes with butter on them already, one omelet and one coffemilk or milktea. You are forced to have breakfast at room, since the hotel HAD A RESTAURANT but they have rented to a coffe shop and now they don't have a place to give it.

    It was my 5th visit n the way reception great was way good. If I 'll visit Delhi m gonna stay here only.. no other best option then this..

    We had a good time in Delhi, staying in this hotel. Good located, the hotel is near the train station, in a tourist street with many places to eat.The staff people were very helpful.

    We had a problem with the hot water, it is not always available.

    Location

    Dirty, dirty, dirty! No value for money! Staff is far away from professional. Although newly opened, the bathrooms look like they need some renovation - or at least proper cleaning!

    The hotel location on main bazar is very good, near new delhi railway station. The staff is helpfull. The lobby of the hotel has a real nice cafe and a travel agent that is very good and helpfull.

    The ac system wasn't working, the bed sheets are not clean. the room has no window so all of your clothes smell like it. We only have hot water at short periods of the day. The hotel phone number on booking.com is wrong. We asked for the pick up service at airport and no ones there.

    Location - New Delhi railway station is about 5 minutes walk. Good for those who plan to go to Agra by train.

    Very noisy, very durty linen and towels, smelly water

    Excellent location in the heart of the main bazaar, helpful staff with tour desk. Great little cafe/restaurant in the lobby - good coffee! Hotel in middle of renovations when we were there

    Lack of shower curtain but found this the same all over India (unless upmarket)

    Location was central in the main market area of Delhi and near the Railway Station. Even though it was in the centre of all activity it was quite in the room.

    The staff were friendly and all about service. The coffee shop was the best real coffee house I found in all my travels through India. The location was excellent plus the new Delhi Train Station was within a 100 meters

    All meals are served in the room as they do not have a restaurant in the hotel. Also, They do not clean your room unless you request it, which is pretty typical of hotels in general of India.,
