Ver convenient location. Clean apartment. Very helpful reception staff

I found this a perfect place for a Delhi business trip: Location - only 5 minutes walk from Connaught Place and Metro and 10 minutes walk from Airport Expressway. Staff - friendly, helpful, courteous. Facilities - bright, modern and functional. Breakfast - a good selection of food.

A bit expensive but then centrally located, next Connaught Place. Although we were there for one night, overall it was a good experience. Clean and comforting rooms. We even had a microwave in the room!

Location and spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities - which all worked!

The staff is very very attentive and makes an effort to please.

Spacious well furnished rooms with quality bedding and linen, modern bathrooms, sat TV and free wifi in rooms, excellent quiet location metres from CP and subway, restaurants, takeaway and shopping. Courtyard area. Good security. A great choice of hotel.

The bed was ok and location pretty good (near old town, not business area)

Breakfast was absolutely poor and wifi was so slow it's in practise useless. Some of the staff are unskilled and unrespectful. Also quite noisy place and my room was very cold when arrived. However - this is India!

Rather clean, off the main streat which means not too noisy, friendly staff, probably a good location, nice hot shower. Would generally recommend this place to travellers, given that they do some comparative analysis and make sure there are no better deals out there

1) rooms are not too sound-isolated: I could hear neighbours watching TV, and at night i could hear some device at the reception beeping. However I asked the staff to turn it off and they did it. 2) Location: is it just me or there's nothing around but a huge market, lots of people and traffic? It's hard for me to compare as i didnt stay at other places and i dont know much about location of touristic sights but it seems that one needs to travel by car/metro to get to more toutisty areas of the city. 3) Breakfast is modest but it's like this in most hotels unless it's a 4 or 5 star resort in south goa :) Just be aware & dont expect too much

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the Connaught place and offers good value for money, a clean and quiet place to stay. - Breakfast was good although lacked variety - but can't complain. - Security is very good and ideal place for anybody who wants a value for money place to stay with adequate safety & security.

The street address published here is not at all helpful. Nobody knows the 52 Hanuman Road. If you say "Behind Allahabad Bank on Sansad Marg" or "Opposite Jantar Mantar" it will be easier to locate - b'coz its not on the main road. It is actually just behind the Park Hotel or Allahabad Bank but can't be seen from the main road. The management also appears not keen to advertise the property or put up a bigger sign borad (as if they are operating on the sly....)

The travel arrangements were efficient and pick up from the airport was friendly. The staff were able to answer all our queries and helped us in solving a few travel problems as it was our first day in India. Recommendations for getting around and food were spot on.

I've been a regular guest at this hotel and once they know you, they remember. The staff is very welcoming and makes an effort to please.

Some rooms have very poor mobile connectivity.

Air conditioning problem persistent.

The hotel is very central, conveniently located in walking distance to Connaught Place. Considering the location it is relatively cheap (most other hotels in the area are expensive 5 star hotels) but the quality is very good for what you pay: clean and large rooms, friendly staff, etc.

If you have the room right next to the reception on the ground floor it can be a bit noisy, but in our room upstairs we were not bothered. It's a little tricky to find, and not many taxi drivers seem to know the hotel or even the road it is in - it's right next to the Spanish Embassy.

Great location, great price and nice and clean. Thank you very much Big tip for other travelers. The Park hotel is opposite so if you want a great place to stay but do not want expense then stay here but use the Park facilities eg Spa etc at a small supplement

The location is excellent. The hotel is value for money.

It took some time to locate the hotel. The address given is not sufficient. Detailed address has to be given on the internet. The hotel phone line was coming continuously busy while trying to locate the hotel.

Staff were polight and their english were good.

There is no sign on the street telling you that this is a hotel. Therefore it can be hard to find. The location is really bad. It is close to center, but that is not a good thing in Delhi. You exit your hotel and already in the first 100 meter walk, you are stopped 5 times of people who want to offer you taxi, sunglasses or just to find a way to take your money.

It is a quiet, clean and comfortable place, I would recommend to stay in the hotel for business trips. It has good location in central part of New Delhi.

Excellent location ,polite and proactive staff

I was very happy with my stay at apartment 52 however my opinion was changed when it came to checking out , we were in a hurry to get a train and the check out process took over a half an hour as a result we had to run to catch our train and nearly missed it .
