everything are good.
Clean rooms Good location
The free parking didn't exist, we had to park far away and pay 1000 rupies for this. Staff was very uninterested in helping us. He was both Skyping, Facebooking and playing poker while we tried to check in.
There is menu ford restaurant and Pizza hut dominos next from the hotel.
Everything was very good
VERY NICE HOTEL WOULD WILL BE COME AGAIN.
Very friendly staff.
My room was clean and quiet mostley.
The staff weren't overly friendly.I also requested a 4am wake up call for early flight which I didn't get.Not much selection on room service menu.I got better value for money from a much cheaper hotel closer to train station to be honest.Staff talked very ludly late at night in the public foyer and hall ways, which echoed into the un sound proofed rooms. No mini bar for snacks either
The staff was great. They went out several times for me and got carry out for me. Honest and dependable.
I had trouble with my legs so the boys had to help me and my luggage up the stairs. They did a great job.
Close to old Delhi, ona street with loads of shops and good affordable street food.
The staff is quite unfriendly, generally speaking they are not helpful and answer you in a rude way. When i checked in i was given a very poor room with strong smell of dump (an entire wall was covered with it). Nothing "delux" about it. When i told reception about this situation they told me the only other room available was a super delux so more expensive. As i insisted i wanted another room with basic health safety standards they finally moved me to that other room which was basic also.
The reception. Nice people Helping nature Keen about their reputation
Long stairs no elevator. I suggest them find solution for this
We stayed in hotel arina Inn as our first stop in Delhi after just arriving in the country. They provided an airport pick up which was great at a small cost of the drivers parking. It is in old Delhi and so walking distance to tourist attractions such as the red Fort, chandni Chowk and Jama masjid. Only a tuk tuk journey of less than 100 rupees (after a lot of haggling) to connaught place for bars. Wifi is very strong but can cut out every so often but still good. Hotel staff are very good and manager was also very good and helpful. Will give advice on close restaurants if you require. Overall though we had a really pleasant stay there. It was nice to be in old Delhi as unlike connaught place yiu don't have people trying to get something from you (very cleverly) all the time. Good hotel and I would stay again. Oh and really close to some famous restaurants too, such as karims which has nice food but is also an experience in itself to be alk to at night.
There is a 22.00 curfew that yiu have to be back by. There is no alcohol allowed in the hotel.
The staff are very helpfull & friendly. Keep up a good work guys.. Cheersss
good for the tourist ,
Nice, Rooms with soundproof windows. Good A/c with All major food-corner's near by... It is delightful stay..
Comfortable Free wifi One receptionist was very helpful
Too far from a metro station Not as close to touristic sites as said on website No kitchen Breakfast hours very restrictive A lot of staff don't speak english Pay for breakfast but includes barely anything and need to pay extra
Good service, nice young guys on reception and service room, taste breakfast.good price.good hot water all day and night. New plumbing.
View from the window
Convenience to Old Delhi
Breakfasts were awful and the sound insulation from other inconsiderate travellers was poor.
Close to Old Delhi & Red Fort. Reasonable price and facilities. One of the few hotels with Wi-fi available.
Misrepresentation on Booking.com. No balcony, breakfast was included but you could only have one thing on a very poor menu. Disgusting food arrived in our room as no eating facilities in the hotel. A cold lump of noodles and cold chai with a skin on the top! Poor management of other very noisy disruptive guests who left their room doors open with TVs blaring. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
It was a bit claustrophobic, the stairs so many.
Unexpirienced & unprofessional Reception staff! Although room corresponds to a 3 star Hotel, surroundings are horribel.
very close to Red Fort,Market & Mcdonalds/Pizza Hut Near By
They have Card swiping Machine Eventhough want to Take Cash, even i stayed in Booking Date, Tried to charge Booking Cancellation Charges.
Staff had to ask bluntly for tip. Woke up at 4.30am to settle account and ask to call for a cab. Took them 45mins to do everything.
The staff was helpful and friendly. It's quite close to the Red Fort and a short tuktuk ride to Connaught Place and India Gate. The staff arranged a 2-day trip to Agra with a very good driver. Airport pick up was a bit hectic but all in all the staff assisted us the best they could. A good cheap option for travellers who want a decent and comfortable room without the high price tag.
The water was smelling in the washrooms and there was a huge stairway to climb. The staff at the reception were rude and we were charged for the room for the two hours of horrible stay. I suggest booking.com should not have this hotel in the list.
